The drive through is always quick when I go for a curly fry treat, during off hours. The window you pull up to is right next to a car wash with colorful lights. I find that enjoyable to look at briefly.
I tried the thanksgiving gobbler sandwich a few weeks ago and that was delightful. Can we keep that year round?

This location gets worse consistently… the last straw being we ordered 2 of the new “box” meals they are advertising. The sandwiches were supposed to be French dips, they weren’t. The were some sort of wrap.
Drove all the way back and all they would remake was the sandwiches. They didnt care the rest of the food was now cold because of their mistake. They said its “normal” and “it happens” and did not care whatsoever about our food.
If you really want Arby’s, go to the one in Elkhart on Cass. Skip this location for sure

Great experience! The staff had such a positive attitude and were fast and friendly without ever making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Everything was handled smoothly, and the service was genuinely pleasant. Definitely a place I’d be happy to return to!

Been looking forward to trying the new steak bites. Walked in. Not busy at all. No drive thru. No lobby. Just me. Stood at the counter around 2:30 today and read the entire menu for a few minutes. No one even acknowledged my existence. Ridiculous. Literally at Taco Bell across the drive eating a steak burrito pissed off but hey at least Taco Bell understands howrestaurants work. I walked in to this Arby’s and not a soul greeted me and not a soul gave a damn when I walked out. I’d be supremely embarrassed of this team working. Oh they saw me too.

We got our meal. Got home and realized they forgot some stuff so we called multiple times to c if they could fix it and no one answered the phone… we paid for items to not receive them .

Food was good,
They gave us ketchup and sauce without us telling them at the drive thru.

We stood in line for a VERY long time. We were patient.. finally once the order was taken the girls with blonde hair and blue ends SLAMS the cabinet shut she needed to get change from bc she can’t keep up. And then I was shorted a dollar in my change.. and she had the nerve to say she will just put it back in the drawer if it’s short. If you counted right the first time there wouldn’t be a problem. You accuse me of stealing and dollar, seriously. The customer service was HORRIBLE! Busy or not, you don’t have to be rude. Do better.
