I went through the drive thru this evening and ordered a rueben without cheese. When I pulled up to the window I noticed on my receipt it did not say “no cheese”. I was concerned and asked the cashier and she mentioned she forgot to ring it up properly but that she had already told the person making the sandwich no cheese. I explained that I was concerned since eating milk products makes me physically sick and she assured me that there would be no cheese. I received my food and noticed that I had asked for Crinkle fries but instead I received curly fries. Due to this mix up, I was worried that they did put cheese on the sandwich so checked but didnt see any. Apparently on the Rueben the cheese is between the meat and saurkraut so it is hard to see especially since the saurkraut and cheese are the same color. I ate about half the sandwich before I realized that there was cheese on it. I typically don’t write reviews but felt it was important for those with dietary restrictions to know to stay away from this Arby’s. I tried calling to alert the manager so others who have more severe allergies aren’t put in life threatening situations but the phone just kept ringing with no answer followed by an automatic hang up. I’m really hoping that their accident doesn’t result in a painful night for me and my stomach. I also hope that they take these types of restrictions more seriously in the future.

I purchased the French dip sub combo with curly fries. The sandwich was cold, the cheese was fresh from the cooler. I asked if my sandwich could be microwaved for 30 seconds to take the chill off. When I was given my sandwich it was so hot that it almost burned the me through the wrapper. It was way too hot to handle. As it cooled the bread got harder and harder making it difficult to chew, becauseit had been over microwaved. My fries were barely warm and turned cold within moments at my table. It was horrible. A waste of money.

OK they passed the 3 try test with flying colors, and special orders done right. I even hit them with pettiness like ( no salt fries, fresh chicken and fish , extra cheeses, large orders) they welcomed it all with a smile..

Wow, where do I even start? I placed an order ahead at 8:46. I arrived at about 8:48, and I was asked to pull into a spot. Sure, no problem. I waited probably close to 15 minutes before a woman came out with our food. I’ve been to Arby’s many times, and the bag is usually relatively hot, but this was not. My bag was not even warm. I opened the bag to feel the items, and they were warm at best. I go inside and simply asked for a refund. I initially could not had been nicer if I tried. I simply asked for a refund as the items were cold, and the employee told me that “we just made it”. I explained that I have been at the hospital for the last few days for the birth of my daughter, and I was not in the mood to argue. She told me again that they were just dropped, and I said that I just want my money back. She grabs her manager, who begins to phone out as far as what to do. I overheard the employee very loudly talk to her colleagues about how “she just made it” and about how “he gave me some sob story”. I’m sorry that I offended a chef by criticizing her work, but it is really not that serious. However, to sit there and speak poorly about and mock a customer who was A. polite and B. offering rationale is unreasonable. I would implore management to watch footage if it’s available. I was absolutely in the wrong about what I said after hearing what she said, but the professionalism, or lack-thereof, actually leaves me astonished. To add insult to injury, why are there so many homeless people just chilling in the lobby? What are y’all doing in there? I’ve been coming here for years and I will never be at this location again.

Stopped by the drive up window a few day’s ago and got a 5pc Steak nuggets to take home and fix a baked potato and veggie to go with it. I got home opened it up and laughed so hard to keep my blood pressure from shooting sky high.
Not only was there only 4 nuggets instead of 5 that cost me $5 and change they were so tiny and hard or rubbery lol you could say Jerky and they were nothing like the advertisement on TV Shame Shame Arby’s you need to remove these from the menu if this is what your serving. I wish I would of thought to take a picture of it because I seriously couldn’t believe what I was seeing TRASH is where they went.

We placed a mobile order at 10:45. I pulled up with my girlfriend at 10:57, and an employee cussed at us from her car and said their closed. The drive through says they are open until 12. Why are they closing early but still taking mobile orders? Absolutely ridiculous and unnacceptable.

Worst customer service. Stood in line at least 20 minutes while more than 2 employees walked by, the manager was MIA, they were NOT even busy. 2 customers in line behind me left cussing. It wasn’t until I said is there no one working the counter, that the same girl who walked past us all, “oh sorry “, I could’ve said something earlier, but I seriously wanted to see how long, or if they were just not going to acknowledge us and hope we’d walk out too. Then of course we had to wait another 15 for it to be cooked, with 3 kids, 45 minutes later $48 later…

Shelby at this location was so nice to me even though I showed up like 5 minutes before close I’ve work many years in food service management so I know how annoying that is lol. Food was great, attitudes were great, store looked clean. 10/10
