I ordered a large meal with a large curly fry and a large shake they gave me small everything and then the shake wasn’t even what I ordered and they said that’s just how it’s coming out, and said it was what I ordered and it wasn’t, the female manager on duty tonight between 8:45pm and 9:10pm said she couldn’t do anything about it, and I’m kinda frustrated at that, because I am a customer/guest and they made my experience very disappointing… I recommend getting better management to run your location before nobody starts going there

The counter guy wade is awesome and very much loves his job and does it very well. It was a nice experience to have most employees at fast food restaurants act like they dont want you even ordering food because they don’t want to do their job but not this guy. He was a very hardworking dedicated to Arby’s having good service

Was not giving a receipt at the drive-thru. One item missing in a bag and you won’t even answer your phone when I try to call the store to make a complaint and rectify the problem. Where’s the management at on vacation again!!

THE ONE IN WHITELAND IS BETTER
The very rude manager insisted she didn’t mess up my order.. half of a $30 order was literally missing they then had audacity to insist our cheese cups weren’t missing.. once again yes they were and they looked real dumb when I brought the bag with half the order missing into the store with receipt 2 minutes after going through the drive thru to receive it this was at 6:10pm 7/16
