We used the drive thru. We were greeted in a very friendly and boisterous manner. the gentleman taking her order was very kind and joyful. He did NOT keep asking us “is that all?” like most cashiers do.
Our total was a shock, but Arby’s isn’t exactly the cheapest choice.

My Husband went and got me what was supposed to be a Market fresh sandwhich. I wanted the Turkey and Swiss, but I guess they discontinued it, so he got me the turkey and bacon. For almost $9 with this little meat (half the sandwhich didn’t even have bacon! The side that did only had 3 tiny little strips! I could not get a good photo showing the size of tomatoes and bacon without zooming in to show the quantity, but believe me they are very small), almost no lettuce and 2 very tiny little tomatoes?! For a place that advertises “we have the meat” where is mine? Is this how they are made now?

The food is a little expensive but it’s worth it and every time I go and drive-through the employees are very friendly very helpful. They act like they’re glad you came and they’ve got a wonderful boss a lady boss that is sweet. I can’t member her name. my mind goes blank, but she is like a general manager or something and she is Tops in my book.

I frequentthe drive thru at this location for a quick lunch. The workers are always polite and accommodating. Even when there is a drive thru line they are fast. The manager is usually working the drive thru in some capacity and is always very customer service oriented. I usually get a cold sandwich and fries. The crinkle fries come out hot everytime. I just can’t say enough good things about this location. Keep up the great work!

Well, just going to Arby’s. I just got there 10 minutes before they close and they’re already closed! Which is fine because usually when I get food there, it’s cold. I just hate to drive to the one all the way down on Scatterfield because I live right by the one on Broadway, but Scatterfield is definitely 100 times better than the one on Broadway. I bet they’ll be open All the way up until their closing time. Should go to that Arby’s cause the Arby’s on Broadway don’t have the beef. Don’t have the service. Don’t have the meat. Don’t have any customers They don’t have lots food and they don’t have to stay open till they’re supposed to apparently

Check your orders prior to leaving. Ordered a large fry and it wasn’t even filled halfway. Whoever was working 6/5/25 @ 9:30pm, disappointing to say the least.
Sandwiches themselves were good.
Never had issues before but I guarantee I’ll be checking from now on if I return to this location.

I came through The drive thru to pick up some dinner. I spent almost $50! My Smokehouse brisket had very little meat, and some of it was burnt. My son’s 2 Crispy Chicken sandwiches had very small pieces of over done chicken. I wish I could post pictures! I won’t be visiting this store again.
