I originally did this review four years ago.
I no longer live in Springfield.
I was in town today, and we stopped by.
I tried their Southwest Chicken Avocado Wrap. It was spicy and really good.
It’s a highly recommended change to that every day boring burger.
So I order on Uber eats, a French dip as you know a French dip comes with dipping juice, Au jus, my food gets here and there isn’t any Au jus, so I called and he said he will make me a new meal if I can have someone come get it. I called Uber and they won’t allow for somebody to go back and pick up the order that they messed up.
So at this point I kind of got over it. So like a responsible communicator I called them and told them you know what don’t worry about it… And the manager acted like he didn’t know who I was or what I was talking about… So you think it’s funny to joke about people’s food.. it’s not. Then he said the Uber driver ran off with my au jus …
So I called corporate to make a complaint. At 4:42 p.m. the district manager called me, she told me someone from the restaurant will bring it to me…. By 702 nobody has shown up to my house to replace the meal ..
I don’t know what what kind of communication is going on with the district manager and the store manager but they are unprofessional when it comes to handling complaints.
A complimentary meal certificate should have just been emailed to me.
And as far as the employees who wouldn’t mind getting into their car and taking a 10-minute drive away from work and still get paid for it? And why was my au jus sauce not in the same bag with my other food. Why didn’t that manager hold himself and his store accountable… BECAUSE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.
This will be the last time I go to this restaurant, at this location.
