It was our first time visiting. If you want a table please make sure you make a reservation because they might not be accepting walk ins unless you are ok to sit at the bar.
Food was delicious and very affordable.
Place is clean and atmosphere very nice.
Service… here it becomes tricky…
We didn’t have a reservation and decided to sit at the bar.
Our server had a bad attitude, making it all about her and how busy she was and “HER METHOD”.
It took 10 min to get us menus, 15 min to get our drinks ordered with her leaving halfway of us ordering, and very rudely told us, she would take our drinks order first and then AFTER she was done taking order customers orders she then would take our food order, even when we knew already what we wanted.
45 min passed and no food, not even a follow up on drinks, other customers who arrived after us got their food before us.
We had to inquire about our food at least twice before she could even talked to us and that’s when she remembered about us.
Even customers around us mentioned her attitude was rude and shitty.
I asked to talk to the manager who apologized profusely and was very kind and understanding and we had the other bartender, Mike, taking care of us. And at the end of the night they made it right and I really appreciate that.
And like I said, food was delicious, atmosphere was amazing… just this server/bartender’s service and attitude is making reconsider me coming back…
She gets no stars, the manager and Mike get 5 diamond stars…

Food was everything you expect a good dinner out to be! Very happy with the service, fast and efficient. Got a table without reservation and place is clean.
We got the chilli salmon ($26) and the grilled chicken ($20). Salmon is not too spicy, just right. Chicken was juicy and broccoli was crunchy and green. Just compliments! Definitely coming back.

I recently had a chance to visit the 1854 Grille in Sioux City Iowa. It’s conveniently located right off Highway 29 on Gordon Drive connected to a newly renovated Hilton Hotel. I was immediately impressed. Right when you walk in you see this beautiful, eye-catching bar and I was very taken back by the variety of drinks available! Whether you’re a fan of craft beers, a wine connoisseur, or someone who enjoys a great cocktail, they’ve got something for everyone. The ambiance is perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the food is absolutely delicious. What really stands out is that it’s also family-friendly, making it a great spot for both casual nights out with friends and more relaxed evenings with the family. A great place to enjoy a drink, some tasty food, and good company!

A must try! Such a lovely atmosphere and everyone is so friendly! We had the Crispy Aloha Shrimp, the Thai Chili Glazed Salmon, Chicken Fried Chicken and an Espresso Martini. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly!

Arrived a few minutes before our reservation and were seated by our reserved time. We were seated in an area that had a loud table of 18. Server came by rather quickly and took drink and appetizer order. When she brought our chips and queso, we had to ask to get some water. We order entrees when she brought water, still hadn’t received wine and glass of beer. She kept saying they should be ready soon. How long does it take to pour a glass of wine and a glass of beer? Received salads and then finally our drinks. Food came in good time, but my “medium” steak was rare. She took it back and when it came back, the outside was like leather and the inside was full undercooked. Broccoli and asparagus were overcooked, shrimp was rubbery, and rolls were dry. The shredded Parmesan cheese on the asparagus was hard like it had been sitting around under a warmer. We received 20% off our bill, but were never offered more drinks. The dessert we ordered looked and tasted like they dumped the cinnamon shaker on it. Our first and last time visiting. Extremely disappointed.

Got the Chick n Bacon Pizza, so good. They didn’t drown the pizza in sauce, was melty cheesy, and the crust was toasty fresh. Service was great for lunch time. Also, they have my favorite type of fries: psoriasis fries

I’m so disappointed about my decision to stop and eat here.
The price is very high and the portions are small, the quality food is not good. But if you can afford a 38 dollars just for a 12oz ribeye by it self ¡¡go for it!! . I won’t be coming back not because I can’t pay is because is not fair.

Lots of room for improvement. Service was meh. We didn’t get greeted for a long time. Seemed like we had to ask for the same thing several times which just made the poor server have to walk back and forth several times. Finished our appetizer before our drinks ever showed up. Pizza was good but wings were tough. Dry and hard to cut through. I’ll be back to try it again but there’s definitely some work to be done.

Pretty great experience. The atmosphere is very nice. The lighting is just right. The tables and seating were new and clean. It’s a very nice looking restaurant. Everyone was very nice. The server was respectful and didn’t over do it. The food was good. I had the Hangover burger. It was delicious. Really enjoyed this one.

Think I have a new local favorite! Great drinks, the 1854 club wrap is top notch with a mind blowing bacon aioli. Light and fresh with flavor explosion on the taste buds. The crispy aloha shrimp is an amazing starter will be back again
