I am sorry to say I’m going to stop coming here. There’s nothing objectionable about the food; it’s not outstanding but it’s fine. No, the issue is long waits in the drive-through. The staff always apologizes, and I don’t blame *them.* But I’m tired of waiting so long for a *sandwich.* There are other places that move along better.

I ended up pulling out of the drive thru because when I tried to order, I kept getting cut off. The lady taking my order just seemed super inconvenienced and considering there were only 2 other cars in the drive thru, I’m not really sure why. Kindness costs nothing.

Waited 10 minutes at the front to simply place my order. 3 different women came up to me and said they’d be right with me and didn’t take my order. I was the ONLY person there for that entire time. The moment other people came in, they were seen immediately. My food was literally thrown together and I won’t even eat it. Very weird and uncomfortable experience for me.

Wanted to go and get my daughter a chocolate shake and it never was able to happen. I pulled up into the drive thru to be told that “it would be a minute” as they were having “staffing” issues. Totally understandable. 3 minutes later I am asked to order and am told the shake machine is “not working.” This is the second time in 2 weeks I been told this and out of frustration I stated “whatever” and proceeded to drive to the Arby’s in Springboro (which is excellent). However the employee at the drive-thru stretched her body outside
the window and screamed “whatever” several times in anger. Perhaps management needs to alleviate the stress on the staff as the tension seems to be intense.

11 of us stopped by to eat. Took them unaware and they did fantastic! Got our food out and was delicious and hot. Staff very nice. Thank you! You guys deserve a pat on the back!! Great team here!!!

I have always really liked Arby’s food, so when I saw the ads for the steak nuggets I definitely wanted to try them. I ordered the bowl version, which includes Mac and cheese, onion rings, and steak nuggets. It cost just under $10. I picked it up at the drive-thru and stopped to eat in the parking lot of my next stop. I was really, really disappointed. It was nothing even close to what I expected. The Mac and cheese was okay but very skimpy, but the “steak” was overcooked, fatty, with gristle running through it. There were a few tiny “onion rings. Really bad. Maybe a different franchise would be different, but I will not order it again.

We went through the drive thru about 6 pm tonight. The gentleman in the drive thru (the only one working) was excellent! I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap. This was THE messiest mess of a wrap I’ve ever had. 12 napkins later, I got through half of it and had to throw the rest away. That being said, their Buffalo chicken tasted great. Fries were hot and fresh, but the service was perfect. He was working his a$$ off and was friendly and upbeat through it all, waiting on others as well.

Went through drive through ordered two meals and poppers waited five minutes or so they brought the food out to car no poppers in there went back inside lady said I didn’t hear you say that was taking loud enough and repeated it she said she didn’t change me so have to check wasn’t going to wait with food in the car and hot food getting cold won’t go back
