Placed an online order specifically to be picked up inside at counter. Arrived at store and the doors were locked. I didn’t want to wait 15 minutes in your drive thru line while my food got cold. This is why I placed the order to be picked up inside. Your store was open and this was during business hours. Absolutely no clue why your doors were locked. Thanks for the cold food. Won’t be back.

This used to be one of the better Arby’s after the remodel unfortunately it’s systematically gone downhill. Paige is One of the managers here is very rude And unhelpful. I was in a restaurant service management for many years. I could never possibly fathom treating customers with such. Contempt. Very disappointing.

I was so disappointed with the Mac and cheese. Although it was delicious. It was not much as far as the serving size. I paid almost 7.00 for a half scoop. I posted pics, and I hope you can see not to waste your money. I would buy it again if i knew I’d get more. My husband ordered fish. It was delicious.

I haven’t had to hold my breath to eat something since I was a child. The brisket sandwich is so disgusting I ended up just throwing it away. Threw $16 down the drain. My mozzarella sticks were like chewing rubber. The fries were good and the drinks were too. Service was nice and the place looked clean from the drive through. Just do not waste your money on the brisket. Plus you get half the amount you expect for spending $16 for a sandwich.
