I’ve been to this location plenty of times, and each time it just sucks. The wait of the drive thru is awful, they are always understaffed, and i never get the correct order. Tonight I went and got a DOUBLE roast beef & paid for a DOUBLE roast beef and received an original one that had even less meat than it was supposed to. My boyfriend ordered the french dip and it was horrendous. Awful.

This is not a great place. They are always trying to get away with not giving you all your food. I ordered with the 2 can dine coupon (pictured). When I mentioned that my cheese sticks were not on my tray, a lady told me that the coupon doesn’t include that. That it included fries ‘or’ cheese sticks, and that people mix this up all the time. This is not true, as the picture shows. Every other Arby’s I’ve been to gives you the darn cheese sticks. This isn’t the only time this has happened at this specific Arby’s. They are always trying to be cheap and not give you everything. I eat Arby’s often. I won’t be going back here. The Tipp City one is much better. This one is also dirty.

If I could give zero stars I would! Never had a bad experience eating Arby’s……I was in the area due to buisness and was starving. Decided to stop at Arby’s Vandalia location and food was super undercooked! Not to mention it already had sauce on the beef n cheddar which was odd. So angry because I wasted 11 dollars on trash!

Not the best Arby’s experience we’ve had. We waited well over 10 minutes for 2 Roast Beef Sandwiches & 2 orders of Curly Fries – Had I not paid, we would’ve have left & gone somewhere else. In addition to waiting, our food wasn’t even hot…my husband was able to eat his sandwich, but I didn’t finish mine because it was so rubbery / super chewy. Lastly, it could’ve just been the day, but they were out of at least 6 items on the menu.
I do not blame the window employee as he did apologize for the wait, but not sure we’ll be back anytime. We don’t usually have this rough of an experience, but our last few times eating here haven’t been the best.

Got some Arby’s via door dash. Husband got the deluxe burger and it was not cooked in the middle. This location is the worst. Has been for years. Disappointed.

I arrived at the drive thru at 11:08 am – asked for the new Arbys box with the original rb sandwich that comes with the fries, moz sticks and desert and small drink. They were out of mozzarella sticks , I told then that was fine no worries. Then she asked what drink I wanted, I asked for a Coke and they was out of Coke… No problem I ordered a Dr Pepper. Pulled up to the window, waited about 3 minutes she finally came to the window and I paid her in cash. (no receipt given) She asked me if I needed sauces and I told her ketchup and arbys sauce. Then she stated it will be right out. Waited 5 minutes later and she finally came back to the window and asked me again what sauces was needed again. I got my food and left… Got back to work thinking that since I waited for what seemed like forever my food would be hot and fresh. The fries were cold and the bun for the sandwich was over toasted and burnt….. Afraid to try this petrified peach cobbler stick thing.. And to boot I got Diet coke – when I asked for Dr pepper….. This is by far the worst Arbys around….. If they would hire people that worked it may not be an issue. Every time I looked thru the window the girl and a guy seemed liked they liked making googly eyes at each other, rather than working…..

I pulled through the drive-through and ordered a number one with a large curly fry and a large Coke. I was handed a medium Coke a large fry that was maybe half full and a sandwich without any cheese I received all this after someone asked me if I would like to tip…. Why would I tip when you’re going to mess? My entire order up going to be a long time before I will return to this Arby’s

Waited 15 minutes for two ham sandwiches while the employee stood at the counter playing on his phone. Got one ham sandwich with less ham than the sliders have on them. The other sandwich was turkey with enough turkey on it for 3 sandwiches. It’s bad enough that Arby’s prices are pretty ridiculous, I went there because the drive thru looked pretty empty. I see why now.

We ordered four things, including two sandwiches and two drinks. They forgot our drinks, and we had to ask for them a couple minutes after we picked up our mobile order from inside. Bathroom was very dirty, main lobby floors were gross and sticky, the sauce dispensers looked disgusting, and the food was poorly put together and quite mediocre. Staff was very blah too, making for an uncomfortable and bad service experience. Would not recommend if you want a clean atmosphere and some good food. Every other Arby’s I’ve been to has been good, but not this one!
