Got two sandwiches 24 hours ago with hard dry roast beef that was difficult to eat. Today the manager tried not to refund it by telling my boyfriend the same exact meat would be what they were selling today.
Truly disgusting for the manager to admit you don’t check the quality of the old sandwiches you let sit in the warmer. How many people in Amelia are you serving oxidized, hard crusty roast beef to? Disgusting. Low quality. Low standards. Foul attitude for having to actually do a refund. The manager will work out her control issues and her bad life on you if you need a refund or better food. Wow.

Terrible service went thru drive thru was told to pull around and wait asked for a receipt and had to make multiple trips into store as we paid for our food and only got drinks watching drive thru that we left as employee stated he would bring our food out and we had to keep checking on it cause they would not bring out our order as stated and again multiple trips in store just for a receipt. Carissa started yelling at me as a customer saying she gave my husband the receipt and nothing and destiny threatens to throw me out of the store. What a mess Arbys sounds like you all need to hire new managers for the amelia store as 2 managers on duty can’t do there job and wants to be loud and unprofessional to customers. BTW another customer came in with a pounder roast beef sandwich which looked the same as the reg roast beef. I think we can find a better establishment to meet our food needs without all the bs. The chicken sandwich was over cook and could not eat. What is going on someone in corporate needs to make some changes and retrain mgmt.

Every time we come here and go through the drive thru everyone is very polite and nice and the food is hot and delicious. It’s definitely gotten better than it used to be at this location. So glad they brought Potato cakes back. We stopped going to Arbys when they stopped serving them. We don’t care for the curly fries or regular fries. I hope they continue to have them. If not we’ll stop going again. It’s one of our favorite things they serve at Arbys.

Dark lot, employees outside talking, spent $55 ,.made to wait 15 minutes for the food which then was all stuffed into one bag, threw the cold milk into the kids meals bags with the hot food, kidding that was cold too, like the rest of the food given, why was I pulled because the food was definitely old and disgusting, why do we tolerate this type of laziness with employees? I would like to be contacted for some renumeration for this experience.
