This is the best Arbys around! The cashier was friendly and took our order right away. The place was empty surprisingly. My mom and I love coming here. The new cheesesteak was tasty. Ordered cheer sticks, curly fries, and chicken tenders, which all came out hot a fresh. I love how Arbys has all the important condiments available in a pump by the drink station. Puts them WAY above other fast food places like McDonald’s where they removed drink station and condiments from self serve. Keep up the great worth at this location!

Ordered two separate roast beef and cheese sandwiches, double and half pound. Barely a dollop of cheese on these, the half pound had like a quarter sized drop, driest roast beef we have ever tasted along with being seemingly very old meat.

Man, I was disappointed when I pulled up to order the wings to find out the $5 deal in $6 deal no longer exist and it went back up to full price. I paid $7.49 give or take for 9 wings it used to be $6 for wings and fries.
It was one of those places you could feel like you could go to and get a good quality meal for affordable price. Then I open it and I see a very tiny “wing” that was included in the nine count. It’s disappointing especially for paying more for less.

Arby’s food is meh at best but it’s quick hot and there. The staff are quite possibly the best at this location. I got honest feedback about the coffee I asked about and a cheaper price because of it.

Brandy deserves a lot of praise. I hope I have the correct location. My wife and I were headed back to Ann Arbor from Akron and stopped at this Arby’s off of Route 8. My wife is a vegetarian and wanted a sandwich. Most times staff doesn’t know how to respond or simply says, “we don’t have a vegetarian sandwich,” but this location was different. Brandy asked questions and worked with the menu to prepare a vegetarian sandwich. Thank you so much Brandy for helping us out and going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I wish this Arby’s was closer to home because it is hard to find people who are willing to work outside the box and accommodate dietary needs.
