They definitely need more staff working during dinner rush. There was only 3 workers and all were very stressed due to the long drive thru line and the amount of people coming into the lobby. They were all very nice but very visibly under to much stress. As a corporate store they should be able to have enough prop to cover a huge rush like this. The higher ups need to do better

Food was cold surprisingly for Arby’s since they are usually fresh with every order. Ordered 2 6 piece mozz sticks that were 2 for 6 and a medium curly fry. Went thru the drive thru, there was 2 cars ahead of me. I recommend the potato cakes(a fav) even though they no longer have them and switched them out with the crinkle fries.

Went to this Arby’s and ordered a wagyu burger to go because I was curious to try one. Unfortunately, when I got back to work I found that what I received was completely different – a regular roast beef sandwich, made with the usual sliced roast beef. No patty, no burger, no wagyu beef. What a ripoff. When I plunk down 7 bucks for a fast food burger, I expect to get what I ordered. I couldn’t even return it because I had to get back to work. Not going back, they’ve lost me as a customer. All they do is copy-paste the same generic reply on every complaint on here, and never actually do anything to make it up to the customer. Completely unacceptable.

The service is always quick but yesterday they were so rude and impatient because of the new online coupons. No thanks, no have a nice day, just here’s your food, bye. Was a little shocked at rudeness in drive thru. Coupon glitch totally understand because they’re still working out the kinks and they went ahead and allowed me the discount. Just the attitude was very unpleasant. Sorry for ruining the person’s day, sheesh.

Brisket. That’s what’s up. This Arby’s is better than the other few I have reviewed. Good sauce distribution and nice crunchy onion ratio. The bun was fresh and the brisket was a mouth full of Smokey goodness. The fat melted in my mouth. If you closed your eyes you would think this sandwich isn’t from a fast food place like Arby’s. Do your mouth a favor and try it.

Staff was very nice but the food tasted old and dried out.cook was very slow, and missed a few items with other people’s orders. Roast beef was not hot and buns seem stale. Also there was only three other Customers inside.

The roast beef sandwich is a nice change from a hamburger. The personnel was cordial and efficient. The crinkled fries are preferred to the curly ones. Will stop again.
