Never again! We will never go here again. This Arbys can never get an order correct. Over the course of the last 2 months (4 visits) not 1 order was right. Something missing each time. Peach cobbler rolls missing, meat box missing potato cakes twice, old nasty looking roast beef. Done!

Ordered a large Jamocha shake and medium curly fry. Waited far too long to get served fries that were barely warm and tasted like they were cooked last week. There were 2 customers inside and me in the drive through. It appeared as there may have been only 1 person working.

Apparently if you ask for no sauce in the bag they meant no marinara for mozzarella sticks or sauce on my sandwich. I know teenagers can’t be the whole issue, and I have a teenager in food service myself and pray he never gets to this poor level of service. 3-4 rough visits in a row, driving to Medina will be worth it instead going to my own neighborhood location. Do better!

Stopped at the Brunswick location to grab some lunch, wow the dining room is a hot mess. Five teenagers in the back behind the counter, had to go up and ask for napkins had to go up and ask for horseradish sauce , why they all hid in the back…all the containers by the pop machine most of them were empty. How sad teenagers making this kind of money and they have nothing to do but take people’s orders that dining room was disgusting, not a clean table anywhere and the restaurant had nobody in it but myself and my husband you guys need to make some serious changes. I will never be back to that restaurant.

I swore off this Arby’s a few years ago because they could never get an order right and I’m pretty sure the food was made last week. Guess I should’ve stuck with it. My wife wanted just a typical roast beef sandwich. What she got was a sandwich with some kind of CRISPY roast beef and what looked like a booger. Meanwhile, the staff couldn’t care less.
Never again. Somebody needs to do a proper health inspection and get this place shut down for good.

The worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to ever. Can never get orders right. They dont give you what you ask for. They forget to give you drinks and sauces. Employees eat food and lick their fingers in front of you. Tonight was the last straw. Won’t ever go back
