I feel bad for the people working here. They are clearly trying their best and short staffed. We only saw two workers during a lunch peak hour and everything took an extremely long time because there were only two of them. Missing food in the order, wrong shakes, then a shake remade that didn’t taste correct. No ice in the soda machine so they had to refill. Arby’s sauce tasted spicy. The list goes on. Essentially…. I believe it would have been fine if they had enough staff but it was subpar and disappointing due to the lack of staff (I believe). Management needs to do better.

I have always gone through the drive thru at this location. This is my first time ever going inside. To start, the smell was so overwhelmingly disgusting, a mix between a decomposing body and a barn. Perhaps it was the homeless person inside. But the smell was one of the worst smells I have ever smelled. I should have walked out, but I already paid online for my food. The inside was filthy! The staff, they were kind. I dont know how they could bare working in that smell or filth.

The worker was still filling my order when I arrived and he went over to the mozzarella sticks that were in the warmer bin and poked at them. Then turned to me and said it will be a minute on your mozzarella sticks I am going to make fresh ones (Thank God). While he filled my order I snapped a few pictures of the conditions. If only you could smell the place too. Apparently, the manager at one point might have thought it smelled because she came out to the lobby and started spraying cleaner into their air and all over the tables and chairs. (Nobody other than me was inside the lobby area) … they handed me my food and I left. I chose not to eat my food, but my husband has an iron stomach so I gave him his food. I said there is extra food in the fridge if you want that too. As for me, last time I will ever eat there. Like they say you can’t eat at everyone’s house, and if you would have seen the conditions and smelled this place, you would never eat there again either. The photo of the hair in the parking lot was the icing on the cake, I dont know what went down there but some hair got cut and left behind.

Have been to this location before and was greeted by a nice young man. No complaints! Yesterday, the woman who waited on me, did not even greet me! She acted like I was a problem just being there! Chicken tenders were not fresh, had been sitting awhile, rubbery and hard. They had an older gentleman doing all the orders, and complaining about everything! It was not busy! No thank you or anything! Probably won’t be back!

The franchise owner of the Mayfield Hts location should be forced to sell to someone that actually cares about the Arby’s brand and their own reputation. Last week you run out of fish, first week of Lent, not your first rodeo. This week, the only beverages available were lemonade and water (no soda or milkshakes), the lids available were for milkshakes not soda. Customers were getting yelled at “NO DON’T INSERT YOUR CARD” as the credit card machine worked when it wanted to. Service was absolutely awful, there is no reason to wait inside of a fast food establishment for over 45 mins for a $12 order. Arby’s corporate needs to step in immediately.

Do not trust these people to make your food. They reek of incompetence and disinterest.

They ran out of roast beef. And the ice machine was pretty much out of ice–One employee kept trying the ice dispenser and got a third of a cup full of ice for herself. Later the apparent manager needed ice for a customer (the drive-thru ice machine must have been out too), and poured ice out from that cup in front of me and apparently used it for a customer.

Employees were casually dropping profanity, including the apparent manager. Nobody looked like they cared about what they were doing, nor did they appear to care about the situations. They do not appear to care about the service they are providing their customers. I get it–its fast food, its a crap job. But this poor level of service should not be tolerated by the manager, the store manager, or corporate.

The food I eventually received was low quality (dry chicken). I don’t trust the staff here to make food. I did a far better job as a 14 year old when I worked fast food backlines.

To Arby’s corporate: you need to replace everyone here, or shut down the location entirely. It is appalling that this poor service is permitted, especially despite all the other poor reviews that precede mine.

Came here last night and the young ladies working were beyond rude. I ordered 2 large combos and they clearly didn’t hear me and tried to make them smalls ….
I ordered curly fries and they gave me crinkled… then they had no CO2, so we had to get sweet tea and lemonade.
They didn’t give any maranara sauce for the mozzarella sticks either.

When I said thank you at the window every time she handed me something she just stayed silent … how rude.

I put in an order online for this restaurant. I get there to find out according to the lady at the counter they’re not serving the Italian subs because the manager doesn’t want to order the ingredients. I have to swap out my sandwiches which I did not want to do because I ordered on Google and couldn’t cancel the order. There were employees standing around doing nothing the manager was sitting at a table in the back ignoring the chaos around him. The restaurant was dirty and people were walking out because like the wait time was so long that the employees were just telling people at the drive-thru and walking in it was going to be a long wait. Employees were told to make sandwiches and instead walked out to do God knows what. Honestly just do yourself as a favor don’t ever walk into this location you will leave frustrated!

Not a well staffed Arby’s. Long wait times. Overworked staff. They were out of Arby’s sauce when I went. I had to wait a the ordering screen for a while before anyone engaged with me.

The owner needs to do better with staffing and either hire more people or pay the staff better so that they stick around.

Poor service and new turkey/dressing sandwiche is terrible. Hardly any turkey and over stuffed with bad stuffing. This sandwich was not fit to be eaten. Threw it away. Waste of money and time- 15 .minutes in line. Never again.
