Everytime I go thru, I order something simple. Market Fresh Roast Beef only Mayo. Simple. Well everytime I get it, I have to go back because they put everything on it. I even gotten it with everything but mayo one time. But today was different. My boss went and got it for us. I told her Mayo only. She ordered it brought it back. It had everything on it. I called and asked them if I could get it remade. They said yes. I went back on my break. I go through the drive-thru. The lady at the window said next time order it mayo only because I didn’t know that’s what you wanted. Any other time, when I order it, it’s made wrong so either way you most likely would have had to remake. I just could have done without that remark. I was kind to you. You can be kind back. I chose not to argue about it and just said thank you.

The gentleman who took my money was super nice but the only reason why I went there was for their deep fried strawberry and cream pies they only had 3 which was fine but when I asked when will you get more in I was told well we have more but they take 7 minutes to cook well heck I sat in line for at least 7 mins i told the guy I would have waited see I tried to order 6 originally but was told we only have 3 so I just wish they would have said something like well we have more but we have to make them would you like to wait in the parking lot and someone can bring them out when they are done

Ordered the new premium nuggets and was asked to pull ahead and my order would be brought out when ready, now I thought great at least everything will be hot and fresh! NOPE!! The nuggets were good and hot, the french fries cold and unseasoned not exactly sure why two deep fried items came at such drastically different temperatures. No more needs said.
