This is the best looking Arby’s I’ve ever seen inside and out. The decor and everything. It is also clean which makes the atmosphere even better. Fixed fresh and quality is perfect. The best fish sandwich compared to all food. McDonald’s second best now. The jalapeño poppers is so good and even better with bronco sauce. Thank you Breanna, Kelly and rest of the amazing crew for making my day. yum

Went thru pickup window. The lady was super friendly and efficient with my order. All the food was fresh and hot even with the drive back to the house. Was probably the best fast food experience I’ve had in a long time! Whatever crew was working nicely done and keep up the excellent service!

Arby’s allowed Uber to deliver food that sat over an hour did not offer to remake it. If anyone has any common sense, they know Food should not sit out at room temperature for over an hour and then brag to the driver about how it was sitting out that long you guys deserve the health inspector to come and do a very thorough inspection. Your company should be ashamed of itself.

At 5:57PM on 2/10/26. We had a group order totaling $150 worth of food that we were going to purchase and whoever was working at the drive-through. The female employee was extremely rude and condescending when she just said can I help you on the speaker and I told her could I have a couple minutes and she said yeah whatever we just decided to takeoff very big disappointment. I had high hopes for this Arby’s location, but unfortunately customer service is lacking and I don’t think I’ll return. As for the girl that is working the drive-through, please get another job because obviously you hate working at Arby’s and it shows.

With a heavy heart, for the fast food chain I have loved the most. This Arby’s Official has become the worst I have been too. Ordered corn beef Ruben with extra sour crout, got half instead of extra. Payed $2.69 for an 8 oz sippy of lemonade. Not worth turning the wheel for anymore. I guess they are trying to force everyone to the new Red Robin.

While your McNeighbor a couple of doors down continues to decline in customer service, I’ve never had an issue here.
The food quality is consistent, and the staff are always pleasant—even offering a smile at the drive-through.

This is some of the best fast food but I’m getting tired of the shakedown for donations and I don’t go here as much as I used to. Other places do it too and I go there less also.
Many months later now: they seemed to do it less recently but they started back up again. Apparently the owner wants them to do this.
