To Start off the back we waited 10 plus minutes for are food. But it was frash so I’m fine with waiting the workers was nice and had a great attitude. But the only thing is THEY WAS DRINKING ON THE JOB THERE WAS AN OPEN BOTTLE RIGHT NEXT TO THE WINDOW!

Place just sucks. Cant keep enough help to keep the lobby open. Drive through takes 30 minutes to get through. They dont tell you this with online orders so your food is cold and junk when you make it through the drive thru line. The place should be closed down

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through line and lady taking orders and working the drive through window was very rude. We were also given the wrong food and the food was room temperature at best and the sauces they gave us were also warm/room temperature. Overall very disappointing

I DoorDash mozzarella sticks because there’s always a wait. So I DoorDash it so it can be ready when I show up I showed up and waited for my order and he mispronounce my name, (which is fine) but to say “or whatever “ after mispronouncing my name is disrespectful. Easily THE worst food I’ve ever gotten at any arby’s. The meat (beef and cheddar) was cut too thick so the pieces were flopped on the sandwich, sticking out of the bun (see pic) making it difficult to eat, the fries were old and cold, very gross and the cookie (salted caramel) was in pieces, also probably old. I went inside to order about 7:45 pm for take out, the door said inside was open till 10pm, but the pop machine was shut off and there was a chain in front of the line. Luckily i was in the company vehicle where they always keep paper towels. I surely wouldn’t have had enough with the 3 napkins they gave me. It was a total mess to eat. Stay away from this Arby’s, IMHO! Oh, and they charged me tax for a take out order. The order taker was very nice though, but still not enough for an additional star!

Waited 20 min in the drive thru for 2 Italian sub combos , rude lady at window wouldn’t even give me broncoberry sauce because they were running low is what she told me . Never going here again I’ll take the 10 minute drive to Clyde and get back home quicker than coming here .
