First, I sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. One of which was already at the window. When I finally ordered, the girl taking my order didn’t know what a chicken salad sandwich was. Finally got my food and the curly fried were stone cold, the chicken salad sandwich had barely enough on it to make half of a sandwich. Needless to say, I will not be visiting Arby’s in the near future. Sheets, here I come!!!

I gave a 3 for food because I only ordered a small orange cream shake and I had ordered the same exact thing two days prior and the shake two days prior was a five phenomenal. But the shake that I had on this visit was a little less than phenomenal. It was a very warm day and you could see that in the shake. Other than that everything was very satisfactory.

We tried their new fish dinner and it was excellent! Sometimes truckstop restaurants are subpar but this location is top notch! It was clean, well staffed (which reflects good management!) and our food was hot and delicious! I would definitely go back!

It’s an Arby’s which doesn’t feel like an Arby’s. Wasn’t sure if there was any management present, but it didn’t appear so and looked like the new employees were training the other new employees. Whig caused lots of confusion with guests and amongst themselves. Good food though. If you don’t mind waiting.

Took forever, and typically does, no matter how busy. My roast beef sandwich had something sweet on the meat like someone had handled cinnamon rolls and then without changing gloves sliced the meat. To top it off they tried to deny my card because their machine doesn’t work with Chase, and didn’t tell me when I ordered… The lady finally said ‘I guess I could run it through up front’ and did when I said that is the card I’m using.

One of the slowest drive throughs I’ve ever seen. Consistently takes over 20 minutes to get your food, inside or out. And even when you DO get your food, you’ll still be missing half your order. Waste of time, Sheetz is across the street and taco bell is over the bridge. Find somewhere else.

Well the service sucked. I walked up to order and I was told ton wait. 6 seconds later I was told on now I’m on the clock. Next I was told we don’t do meat mountains anymore. But Arby’s does. The food was very good but when I went there it was super busy and when it was our turn to get our food one of our sandwiches was missing. Considering how busy they were, though I would go here again because I’ve been there before and it wasn’t as busy. Don’t go here on the weekends, though.
