Stopped by here when I was on my way to visit family. The service through the drive thru was good and the curly fries were hot. However, the 2 beef & cheddar sandwicha that I ordered were cold. They had no Arby’s sauce or cheddar cheese sauce on them and they were on the wrong bun (sesame seed not the onion bun).

Inconsistent. The attached photo is what I mean. These are two double sandwiches on the same order. Disappointing that they charged me 7 bucks for the one on the left.

It doesn’t matter what Arby’s you go to, it’s pretty good roast beef, and you can tell the stores have the same process because the food tastes the same.

We enjoy Arby’s however they continue to get more expensive. For two people to eat a small meal with coupons will still run close to $20. Unfortunately, a cheese cup for $.80 barely gets you any cheese and they forget to give it to you. Also a “large” lemonade for over $3 gets you what looks like a medium cup.

Very slow service. It seems like the window is processing orders one at a time. As apposed to taking the money for the last order while taking the current order. Please put a robot or AI in the window in the future. This place is SLOW

I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant! Not only did they mess up my order but when they got nasty with me and I demanded a refund they kept half my money saying it was the drinks. When I tried returning them the refused to take those but were very insistent on taking the messed up food back but refused to take them back and when I refused to leave they called the cops on me instead of just returning my money! So apparently they wanted the food and my money!
