I was searching for a new low point in my life, and when I saw this Arby’s I knew it was going to be perfect. A dilapidated exterior led to initial questions that maybe this location had closed 10 years ago.

Walked in, “no ice” sign on the door. That’s fine. Entered the restaurant itself and the floors are sticky. Look back behind the counter and see that this place is clearly understaffed, no surprise there. It takes several minutes for an employee to ask us for our order. We order, get our drinks, and everything is lukewarm and flat. It took about ten or fifteen minutes afterwards to actually get our food, and everyone’s fries aren’t even warm, just… room temperature. The two beef sandwiches ordered tasted off, and were not finished, but at least my gyro was freshly made and tastes good. I don’t know if it’s because of the Golden Bear Center next door getting demolished soon, because of the general decline of the fast food dining room experience before and after the pandemic, both, or something else entirely, but the overall experience was subpar. At least King of the Hill was on the TV in there.

We’ve Had it with this location!! If I could give a 0 Zero for Service, I would. The food is good, if they get it right. You Never get what you pay for. If you order/Pay for a Large Fry, Expect a Small. Check your food & drink Before you leave bcuz of you ask for no sauce, you get whatever sauce they choose. The Drinks are Flat every time! They Never have Ice for Drinks & when you grab your drink, all the liquid comes out the top bcuz there’s no ice! Sometimes they say you can’t pay with a Card, it’s Cash Only; After you’ve waited in line! If you show up late night, they Appear Open, but no one takes your order! Whomever is running this location, makes up the rules that suit their needs & not the public they serve. How does this location stay in business?! It’s not cheap to eat here either. Sadly, it’s the only Arby’s near us. We keep hoping they change Management and get back on track. Wish they could live up to the Arby’s Name & Service.

I struggled to decide if I wanted to give them a four star or a five star. The positives had to do with the fact that the staff were excellent. The food was great. Everything was immaculately clean, the staff was right on top of everything.

So, it’s clearly a newer restaurant, with a number of new team members. They didn’t have the fish sandwich or poppers we wanted, ok, but they were also out of ice. The new person on the register didn’t ring our order correctly. No biggie, we caught it and she apologized and got help to fix it. We did get the right order in the end. But it was the experienced crew members that really threw me off. They were nasty to the trainee and the fry cook, throwing shade in their direction, complaining loudly that they had already started on the part of the order that was incorrect and yelling at her. One exception, the tall individual with a close-cropped/buzz cut, who was patient and gracious. I’d make them manager and fire the two with the dark red/pink hair. I’ve been in the food industry and give a lot of grace to those who are just learning, and while I understand the frustration of training the noobs, there’s no call to treat people like that or let your customer know how blatantly disgusted you are with them. The food was fine, the service/atmosphere, TOXIC AF.

New store layout, same good food. This Arby’s was recently remodeled. Instead of music in the dining area, there are now two televisions. Only one of the TVs was on during my recent lunchtime visit, and it was showing ESPN with the sound on. I really miss the music. If I wanted to eat with ESPN on, I’d go to a sports bar. The lights in the women’s restroom is on a motion-sensing timer. Evidently the sensor is located near the door, and not close enough to the stalls. A few minutes into my visit to the restroom, I found myself in a stall in total darkness. Ugh! The paper towel dispenser is also motion activated and not the most user friendly. I’m no fan of the redesign, but the food and service are good. I’ll definitely be back.

An person trying to order an employee rips coupon out of and older man. Say he had to buy two. She running her mouth to him and saying I know how to read. She is being very rude. No ice, and pop was hot.

Very rude! The girl at the drive through, with the red hair, was rude. Clearly didn’t care to have to wait on customers. The didn’t have ice!

Food was not fresh at all. This is the second time I tried it hoping maybe my first experience was a fluke, but no. I ordered the brisket sandwich in a meal both times. The brisket was dry and fatty and seemed like it was sitting there for a few hours prior to ordering. The fries were really hard as if they’ve been saturated with grease and sitting out since then, so cold too. Not fresh at all & totally gross. I won’t go back and will go to another store out of my way next time I want Arby’s.
