My Sister asked if I could pick up an order she had just placed. When I arrived, it was five minutes before closing.
When I say everything was made fresh and the three gentlemen that was working did a beautiful job, customer service was over 100%. My Sister and Brother enjoyed their freshly made food.

If you do an online order, don’t let them tell you they can’t print your receipt, because they can. They just don’t to be bothered with it.
The food is almost always hot with the exception of the fries. Try the $7 box, you get a sammie, small fries, 2 mozzarella sticks, a peach cobbler roll and a small drink. Very filling, more than enough. 2/13/26

Cook was constantly grabbing his pants while grabbing food. No au jus for 3rd time, no ice again. Nasty and constantly long wait times. Settled for a 25 minute Reuben with nasty fingers that built it. In the trash it went. Ate the fries and drank warm soda. If you’re staying at Holiday inn next door, look elsewhere.

My sister is autistic and was trying to say what she wanted to order through the drive-through line. The lady through the Drive-through was extremely rude, super unprofessional and impatient not only that she kept interrupting my sister not letting her get her words out saying she had a question. Excuse me she is supposed to be doing her job and we are the customers I will never gonna come to this location again I’m absolutely disgusted. All because of this attitude, I forgot about my beef and cheddar and went across the street to Wendy’s as I should have to begin with.

Drive thru missed sandwiches. Within my five sandwich order, we ordered both a Regular Roast Beef and a Beef & Cheddar. They made a Regular Roast beef on an onion bun, so ended getting shorted a Beef & Cheddar. Also did not receive the berry sauce with the jalapeño poppers. Should’ve got the message from the cold glare received from the drive-thru attendant. No kindness, manners, or pleasantries, bare minimum interaction, curt and borderline rude. Food quality received was good, and seemed fresh, but the service “chip on the shoulder” attitude is just awful. Won’t be returning or recommending anytime soon as this was my recommendation for the office lunch. Recommendation officially withdrawn. And… Don’t bother calling to report any issues, they will not ever pick up so there’s clearly no interest to “make it right.”

We’re visiting from out of state and went through drive through and the lady was rude and didn’t seem like she wanting to actually just hand out change and our food. My fries were only little hard pieces and I’m very unsatisfied with the service and atmosphere…. The sandwiches were good .

Waited over 10 minits to to have order taken i noticed food for pick up was laying in bags opened and we’re in the fry heater then noticed the pie or turnover wide opened nothing to protect the product. Then came time to order and the young man behind the counter wouldn’t talk to us we had to repeat our self to make sure he had it with a rude node. Eating wasn’t fun and I found the place to be a place I would never visit again. Pretty sad that Good Old Obetz can’t have a good fast food place to eat at even the old dairy queen is now as bad. Growing up around there to come home to this sad !

Came in on Sunday night (12/7/25) between 8-9pm. I walked in & the restaurant was empty. A black woman ignored me & went in the back. A black guy walked past me & helped someone at the window. Then when he was done, he walked into the back. There was some guy with a mustache standing behind the kitchen area. After standing at the counter & ready to order for about10 minutes, I asked, ” Does anyone work here”? Then they yelled they were short staffed. I get your short staffed, but why ignore the customer trying to order at the counter. It’s not like they had any cars in the drive thru. I just ended up leaving. I’ve never been to this location & I definitely won’t be back unless they get rid of these people. They have no buisness running a restaurant. They don’t care, and it shows

Ordered on the App, went through the drive through and after 10 minutes was told to pull aside and waited 15 minutes. Went inside to find they took my order off their screen and only completed half of it. Waited for them to finish and left to half cold food. Was not any busier than any other place, but only had one person making/prepping food. Worst Arby’s I’ve been too, hopefully they sort it out. Food was correct at least.
