The manager here is beyond unprofessional. I paid $60 for a drive thru order to feed my kids. The order was missing a fry. I went inside and stood there for 10 minutes before I had to catch the attention of one of the workers, who happened to be the manager. I let the manager know I was missing the fry and that I had been waiting with my kids sitting outside. He was immediately snarky and said “well I’m the only one up here”. I said I understand but my kids are outside in the car. He gave me a fry in a bag, and when I got home I saw that he barely filled it. Obviously done on purpose because I apparently inconvenienced him by coming in when my order was wrong. He should not be the manager here. No customer service skills and completely unprofessional attitude.

All in all a pleasant experience. The guy taking my order and ultimately collecting money was quite nice and polite. You don’t get a lot of pleases and thank yous anymore.
The food was fresh and tasty as well.

Uber Eats order, fist driver said staff was too busy fighting each other to make my order. Second driver brought my food rather quick. It had so much hair in the food I could have made a wig.

Talked to the Manager, was rude, made me wait forever on some fries, when asked for more fries for the wait she said I can pay for it !!! If I could give no stars I would …arbys your cheap! You need to retrain your managers about customer service !

My sandwich bun was burnt black and the meat was more out of it than in the bun. The bun wasn’t even correct it was suppose to come on an onion bun and came on a regular one instead. Also the curly fries are tiny burnt pieces not a full fry in any box. This place had really gone down hill the couple times. I won’t be returning to this location again if we ever go to another Arby’s at all

Nate the manager was an absolute delight. Give him a $1,000,000 raise. The food, especially this buffalo chicken sandwich was absolutely breathtaking. I think if the world was ending, this is where I’d have my final meal.

Seemed to be short on help. District manager was running the front. I understand being short on help but you should still be friendly to your customers & not just toss their tray of food on the counter with nothing said to them. The wait was crazy & he could of at least acknowledged you & thanked you. Food was good!

This is one place in Delaware that is pretty quick on getting you through the line or getting you out of the dining. I have always had fresh food and I’ve been going there probably at least 7 years or more and maybe they’ve gotten something wrong on my meal once. So you really can’t complain pretty laid back and quiet inside. I like their gyros really well
