Has talked to her to take a late lunch home. My husband and myself shopping in town and I decided to park and go inside so that I would not hold up traffic. While I’m looking at the menu to decide what it is I want. I can’t tell you how the food is because I didn’t get any. I only saw two people working in there. One was in the back taking care of putting the orders together and the other was working on the window. I probably stood there about 10 minutes and never once did either one of them acknowledge I was even there. Not so much as a. I’m sorry. We’re awfully busy and we’re short-handed and we’ll be right with you just as quick as we can. Nothing didn’t even look my way. So I decided I would leave as I was leaving some people were sitting there waiting on their order and they said did they not ever take your order and I said no they’re busy. That’s okay. And the lady said I don’t blame her. I’d walk out too. That’s no way to do business. I really hate to give a negative review but when it’s warranted there’s no way around it. I could see they were busy but they weren’t too busy ever in my opinion to glance your way and say please forgive me. We’re awfully busy and short-handed and I’ll be with you just as soon as I can. I probably would have waited but since I didn’t even get acknowledged I left.

This place is hit or miss. Understanding tht it is a fast food restaurant, your expectation cant be too high. That being said, I have eaten here where the food is prepared very well and was fast. I have also been here where it takes a while and it was slammed together without care. It is also basically drive through or take out only.

My daughters and I went Christmas shopping and my 17 year old was having a really hard day so I was trying to distract her. I let her choose dinner and she wanted Arby’s. We get our food drive back home and sit down for dinner. My 17 year old gets to the middle of her deluxe and it’s raw. She drives back to Arby’s and asked politely if they could do a remake or something. The employee was rude and said their burgers are supposed to be made medium rare. I didn’t see that on the menu and even looking online it doesn’t state that anywhere on the burgers. My daughter mentally couldn’t handle the confrontation and drove off crying. Now she’s home eating fries because she obviously doesn’t want to eat a raw burger and they didn’t want to fix it.

Worst service I have ever dealt with didn’t give us the correct shake, cut us off before we were even done ordering. When we added onto the order and informed her she cut us off she seemed annoyed and pissed to do her job plus she didn’t even ask what fries I wanted nor drink will never be back worst service I have ever received

First time at this new store. Ordered a turkey bacon ranch. The cashier was nice but the way she called everyone honey was a little offputting. I recieved my food in a timely manner and headed out to my car. Popped a fry in my mouth and there was so much salt on it you could hardly eat it. Got home moved onto my sandwich.
Let’s just say I’m highly disappointed.
I guess they were out of the normal whole wheat bread it comes on because they put my sandwich on bread from the dollar store. Then the turkey tasted old and after a few bites I decided I probably shouldn’t eat any more of it scared it would make me sick.
Needless to say, I won’t go back. There was $15 down the drain on a lunch I couldn’t eat.

This place is as bad as Taco Bell.
It seems they never get your order right. Even though you tell them two times always check your food before you leave. It was my first time in the new Arby’s restaurant in Princeton and the first impression was small then once the food came out my boyfriend’s gyro was hard to eat pita bread was broken in half my barbecue smokehouse brisket was good thought it could be a little bit bigger it was at one point in time. And the service really wasn’t that friendly.

The food just doesn’t live up to normal expectations that I have encountered at other Arby’s. It would be different if the meals weren’t so expensive. For the money would much rather go to other locations than my local one which is super disappointing.
