Me and my brother got food here and got home looked in the bag and my sandwich was not in the bag. i live 20 minutes away. i looked inside the restaurant all the employees standing and talking away from the drive thru window one employee ran towards the window when he saw us. I payed for a double roast beef sandwich that I never gotten. There was no employees at the window at all just standing there and talking. Terrible service

This is for sure the worst ARBY/fast food place i have ever seen or had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting. I was in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. Get to the window and some young kid was speaking some urban language I could barely make out. Then he disappeared the manager and another employee were wandering around trying to not have to do any work. The place was gross just looking in from the drive thru. There was trash and fries all over the floor but what caught my attention was a big box of milk bones for dogs. Needless to say I tossed the food in the trash. Do yourself a favor avoid this ARBYS AT ALL COSTS OR GET A VACCINE BEFORE YOU VISIT THIS LOCATION. FAIR WARNING. DISGUSTING….!!!

Truth is we have been stopping here for the past few years as we travel once a week. Today and our last few times have been pretty disappointing. Jamoca shakes were not good tasted like vanilla shake,no whip cream the drink machine was still broken after weeks. Last time we stopped they served us cold fries, and when we told them we would like some hot fries and we waited and waited finally my husband went back to the counter the person acted like he didn’t understand we would like hot food. They used to always have good food, clean dining room but something isn’t right. Very disappointed. Get it together, we will try it again bc it was always good at a fair price.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Arby’s in Henderson, Kentucky, and I must say their curly fries were absolutely delicious. Crispy on the outside and perfectly seasoned, each bite was a flavorful delight. The fries were a perfect accompaniment to my meal and added an extra level of enjoyment to the overall dining experience. The food was cold, mozzarella sticks were like rubber, the fries were way too salty and my roast beef wasn’t shaved the just threw an end piece on the buns. Then I didn’t get my bronco sauce for my cold jalpeno poppers. Very disgusted with them.

I don’t know about you all in Henderson but I’m getting real tired of false advertisement or people who just don’t care. I pulled up to the drive-thru at Arby’s on Sunday night or Monday morning at midnight. They stated they are open till 3:00 a.m. . There was a man inside mopping but no one would take my order at the drive-thru and basically ignored me and I don’t appreciate it. Yet every time I go over to Rally’s which it was my second choice they are there and ready to take your order and get you through quick and painless. Why is Arby’s turned into a restaurant or a business that just don’t care about their customers. Close the dang place and save us all the trouble for wasting our time driving through the parking lot if you’re going to continue to falsely advertise or hire people that are going to do their job. Good grief!
