Respectfully — go somewhere else on the next exit… We hadn’t had Arby’s in a while and this experience definitely turned us off. Came in at 2pm on a Sunday, the cashier Frankie was polite and took our order. Gave us our drink cups with ice in them, but every soda tasted warm and stale. Had to ask the cashier for more ice since the lobby machine had zero ice — hence the taste. When the family four of us came in after us and had the same problem, another employee came out with a bucket of ice, slammed the machine lid down, and finally filled it with ice. Went to grab some condiments to find ANTS crawling all over the dispenser…disgusting. Makes me concerned about the areas the customers DONT have access to. Fries were lukewarm, chicken was good but only because they made it fresh upon order. Long story short — $30 for a quick meal that was mediocre and a flat soda.

I ordered the roast beef and cheddar with curly fries and a diet. The food tasted great!! My only complaint is I’ve noticed the employees aren’t ever welcoming or friendly. This could be improved!!!

Stopped in our way too Paducah. Ordered from drive through. No fountain drinks. Ordered two combo meals with water to drink. Left and missing curly fries. We shared potato cakes. Went back in and requested refund of difference between combo meal and sandwich or a shake. Shake machine not working. No refund either.

I came in and waited about 10 minutes before anyone came up to the register. As I looked over I saw a male employee with a cell phone in his left hand and some type of frozen food that he dropped in the fryer with his bare hands. When I brought it to the attention of the female employee she said ‘well it’s frozen ” Not the response I was looking for. Everyone knows that cellphones can carry a disgusting amount of germs and bacteria and to be handling food and using your phone at the same time is very disgusting but that seems like the norm here. I advise anyone to use caution when ordering food here. This was July 26 around 1:20 pm.
