Today was my first time eating at this location. I got carryout, but went in to get it. The young girl at the counter was friendly enough, but very soft spoken. The lobby and seating area is tiny, minimal seating for those dining in. I noticed the other employees didn’t look happy or friendly at all. One of the female workers was sitting in a computer chair in plain sight of where you order, behind the cashier. The food took a little bit to receive, but it did taste fresh and great!! Overall I would return.

Chicken did not cover but half the bun and the Reuben looked like 1/4 of the meat in the picture. Taste was fine; quantity was not!

I’m giving this a 1 star due to the later evening crew. Terrible service, stood at the counter for 6 min before anyone come out to help me and the food took the time it takes for a nice restaurant, unless you go to a nice Mexican restaurant (that’d be faster).

I am disappointed in Arby’s for no longer serving leaf lettuce. I am allergic to iceberg lettuce, but can eat leaf lettuce…I know…it’s weird, but I have to deal with it. Arby’s was one of the few places that still served leaf lettuce on their products. But now y’all have lost me as a customer, because I can’t even enjoy a sandwich there anymore. It’s the same issue with your grilled chicken products & baked potatoes the company used to serve…you cut those as well & left those of us with dietary issues one turkey choice that we could eat. So I guess I won’t be able to eat Arby’s any longer thanks to your companies uncompassion for people with dietary conditions & your apparent concern for the cost difference in leaf lettuce & no nutritional value iceberg lettuce. My husband & I have noticed more & more restaurants cutting their healthier options & leaving customers with unhealthy choices. Please forward this complaint onto your corporate office, because they need to know that they are losing more customers due to their choices.

I’ve gotten a break cooked to order quicker than I got “fast” food from this place! When I finally did get it, they forgot my fries Not their best day, for sure! Several people had cone in from the drive thru to report missing items on their orders as well.

Very enjoyable visit as the staff were lovely. However, the sweet tea was made in the morning and we visited at 9.30pm and they were still serving the mornings concoction! My burger was delicious, bit sadly my partners was inedible due to being way too spicy

Went in at 11 am for lunch, never had a problem at any Arby’s. Always consistent until I came to this location. If you want Arby’s don’t go here! Fries were cold and barely full, not one of then over 2″ in length. For some reason the roast beef was even salty! Highly disappointed for such a new looking store. Also the employees were congregating at the counter and seemed surprised to see a customer!
