On November 5th my friend and my son and I came through the drive-thru. I ordered (on the app) a large double roast beef meal and I had an option for a free regular roast beef sandwich. My friend wanted to add mayo, lettuce, and tomato (the app would only let me add tomato, had to request the rest at the speaker).
The roast beef on both sandwiches was dry, and the regular roast beef sandwich didn’t get the tomato (my friend didn’t tell me it was missing until she almost finished it).
The Coke Zero tasted like it had too much carbonation in it. I came inside to add Diet Dr Pepper to it but it didn’t taste any better. I didn’t say anything to the employees as I think it was close to closing and decided to submit feedback on the app.
I submitted this in the app twice, maybe 3 times, and never got any response or any offer of replacement. Nothing

After being in the drive thru for less than a minute I had been asked three times if I was ready to order. My response was the same each time that I need a moment to look at the menu, they heard me, and responded yet continued to ask over and over and over again not giving me a chance to actually look at the menu.
(There was no cars in front of me nor behind me at the time)
I don’t eat here often enough to know there menu and their website was very glitchy so I couldn’t decide what I wanted beforehand.
Give people a second… I know you’re on a time but if you mess with those wires enough you could probably find a way to glitch the system.
My old boss did that. She put a little switch next to the drive-thru window that they had us click constantly that made it look like cars were in and out in seconds.
Anyways… not being able to look at the menu without being bombarded with the same question over and over ruin the experience for me.

Stop putting Arby’s sauce on the #1 don’t lie to customers and say there’s no Arby’s sauce and finally when a customer asks for no Arby’s sauce, that means no Arby’s sauce. I can taste it, it does not taste good please stop being slow & figure out how to do ur jobs. It’s pathetic

Characteristic American fast food. Their food is more or less fairly decent fare tending to be a bit bland for my tastes & tends to be about average to a bit higher than average, depending on what you order, price wise.
We ate there on 4-5–22 as dine-in customers.What I noticed was that there were NO employees standing around lollygagging about.
Whenever the employees weren’t helping customers they were cleaning & sanitizing tables, counters, serving trays & more. They have pump style condiments or individual packets whichever you may prefer. The condiments area was clean, so was the floor, the tables, the trash was kept emptied & the drink self serving area was clean as well. EVERYONE was busy doing SOMETHING & man did it show!!
The food was served promptly after ordering & was served warm.
The building was in good repair, the parking lot was clean, the staff were efficient, courteous and friendly. A good place to eat if you want fast service & like this style of fast food

Ran thru the drive -thru on 8/20/25 at 2:00 pm. Ordered the crispy chicken meal. Chicken like leather-so dried up from sitting and they dumped a ton of mayo and lettuce to try and cover up Curley fries cold. Threw $11.12 bucks in the trash because I could not eat. Last trip ever.

This place was just not the vibe! It was dirty and not clean! I felt very uncomfortable when I saw the dirtiness. The workers just stood around and did nothing! I waited 15 minutes to get my fries which were cold! The employee who served me was very rude! Food was just nasty and did not taste good. AND DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE PRICE!!!
