Never go to fast food restaurants because of the following reasons, I ordered fish it was cold everything was cold and tasted like it had been sitting there for 2 days unbelievable.I got a lemonade that was literally water I guess the machine broke. I should have taken everything back in but I was on my way to work.This food was barely edible they should be ashamed of themselves . I go by there all the time and wonder why the parking lot is so desolate, now I know. I guess it’ll be another year before I eat at a fast food place.

Have you ever went through a drive-thru and been pressured to order quickly or the person in the window isn’t nice so you can’t enjoy your food after? That is not the case at fort wright Arby’s when Lori is in the window. Lori doesn’t pressure you to order quickly, she lets you take your time and when you get to the window she makes sure you have every thing you need to enjoy your meal with a smile on her face. Pretty sure she’s been there a while. I know I’ve seen her before and I don’t eat out often. Today I went for my birthday freebie and some lunch and she even told me happy birthday 3x which I thought was super sweet! Had to come write a good review for an awesome experience. Thank you Lori & Ft Wright Arby’s!

Stopped by Arby’s and went through the drive-thru with our dog. The staff was very nice and friendly, and the food was decent, but service was on the slow side. Overall an okay experience.

Tried Arby’s new “Steak Bites,” and honestly, they’re not what I expected. They’re being marketed as steak, but they’re really just cubes of roast beef — definitely not the tender, juicy steak pieces I was hoping for. The flavor isn’t bad, but the texture and overall experience are a letdown. If you’re expecting real steak, you’ll probably be disappointed.

Awful! Took way too long for only 1 other person in line. Maybe because 2 guys smoking cigarettes both wearing headsets were outside instead of helping customers. I don’t know how it takes that long to put little to no meat and cheese on 2 beef n’ cheddars. At least the lady who gave me my meal in the drive thru asked if I needed any sauce but couldn’t give me napkins or the receipt. Overall all I wish I could be terrible at my job and still get paid. Thanks for an awful experience Arby’s. Maybe get Bo Dietel back so he can investigate why your customer service is miserable!

Been through here a few times it’s hit or miss on quality, these last two times I ordered the turkey ranch sandwich and it came with rotten lettuce and solid hard green tomatoes as well as sloppy made. With the price of fast food anymore my tolerance for this kind of thing is a lot lower than it use to be. Included picture of two pieces I pulled off my sandwich, they all were like this.

February 22, 2025, around 12:45 pm. I ordered a #9 Swiss Bacon Chicken sandwich meal everything made to order through the drive-thru. Upon pulling to the window, I noticed a woman staring me down as if I shouldn’t be here. I can only assume that, but I didn’t like how she looked at me. Upon getting my order, my fries weren’t fresh. So I asked the person who was in doing the drive-thru window. These fries aren’t fresh, I ask for made to order fries. He acted if he didn’t want to do it, but he said okay, and it would take about a few minutes. Can you up to wait. It nearly took 10 minutes before I had to get out of the car to see what was going on. I noticed the person who was the employee of the month was about to give me fries directly to me without putting my order of fries in a bag. When I said what is the going put my fries in a bag while I was at the door because it took about ten minutes before I came in. When I said that, the same woman who stared at me had a little attitude because I said my stuff needed to be in a bag. As much I come to this particular Arby’s because they Swiss Bacon Chicken sandwich is on point when it made fresh. I’ve been here multiple times. The fact that I felt mistreated, like their customer service were very unprofessional. I’m pretty sure that it wouldn’t happen to that next customer that was behind me.

I went to the drive through today at around 3:30. I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich and 3 potatoe cakes and a diet coke. I got a beef and Cheddar and 2 orders of curly fries and the diet coke.. And everything was cold. I also donated a $1 for a charity. They told me my total was $11.78 when I got to the window they said it was $11.53
