Don’t even know what to say. We haven’t been here for 3 years and thought based on the commercials on tv we would give it another try. Nothing has changed maybe even worse than before. Who serves food like this? My daughter’s buffalo chicken sliders were burnt to the point they weren’t edible. My 2 for $5 arby Q sandwiches were nothing like advertised and the bun was burnt on one of my sandwiches. Whoever is serving this garbage should be fired.

The last 2 times we have been here, the same employee was working. Not very friendly, was told that au jus would be an hour wait for our 3 French dip sandwiches, tried again today and was given a “jamocha” milkshake with barely enough syrup to change the color and tasted like straight vanilla. Attempted to have more syrup added, and was told they would remake it but it would taste the same. No greetings, no thank yous from anyone on staff. Another employee was also cursing while talking to another staff member right behind the front counter. Food we received was at least hot and fresh, but very disappointed with the service and way we’ve been treated the last two trips here.

I got three small chicken tenders in my meal. Two were pretty good. One was very tough and not edible. I told the lady cleaning up about it. She said, “I’ll tell them”. No one ever brought another piece of chicken, nor did they apologize. Very disappointed for a nine dollar lunch.

Order classic roast…got ALL the way home….no beef in between the buns…trust me I looked several times in disbelief. Today, next visit…ordered small plain cheeseburger (no one cared to mention only one size) was charged $7.99…grill slip reads No sauce, tomato, shed lettuce, pickles, or onion….yet no credit!!! But when order those items I am charged extra….something crooked

They’ve been good the few times I’ve gone. Horsey sauce is the best on any of the sandwiches. Not cheap anymore. But, The Jamocha shake is worth a pitstop occasionally.
