Fries were very cold & burnt. My honey muster wrap looked like it had old cheese on it. & the aju sauce was burnt. Called the store & the manager I talked to was very rude. Do better at your customer service or don’t do the job .

I usually don’t leave reviews and always try to understand situations, but I work night shift and have been to this restaurant three times in the last two months between 8:30 & 9:15. That’s well before their closing time of 10. Twice I’ve been told they were out of Roast beef, Once they were out of roast beef and chicken, and tonight I couldn’t order a half pound roast beef but could a regular roast beef because that’s all they had left to make a sandwich. Three times I’ve had to choose another restaurant because this one was out of food an hour to hour and a half before closing time. Employees seem nice though, but geez if I’m getting turned away, how many other customers are getting turned away and how many nights is this happening?

My husband and I stopped at this Arby’s while out doing errands. The workers were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean. I had the Reuben sandwich with the new fries, and he had the gyro with curly fries. The Reuben was absolutely delicious! I also enjoyed the new fries! There was also a Jalapeno Ranch sauce that was very creamy and quite tasty with the sandwich and the fries. My husband enjoyed his gyro and fries, as well.

10/15/25 – 6PM – Was told no roast beef for ten to fifteen minutes. Returned fifteen minutes later and was told the same thing again. When asked about this the person taking orders sounded annoyed and told us there was no way to verify how long it would be. Very unprofessional. Given that they did not know a time, it was unacceptable that they made one up out of thin air. Twice. Do not recommend.

This is my worst experience at an Arby’s. Foods out on the counter mislabeled for the better part of 15 minutes. Had to ask for a cup cup was wrong size. Staff seems overwhelmed and discordant. Despite being relatively empty tables in the dining room were dirty.

I’m upgrading my review because since leaving a scathing review, service has improved massively. The food has been better as well. I think all anyone can ask is to give your best effort In exchange for the money. Ya’ll have done that recently, so I’m taking back my scathing review and replacing it with a positive one.

We have picked up takeout here a number of times. We like Arby’s roast beef sandwiches and their new crinkle fries.
2023: We dine in now. Love the new Krinkle Fries ! The Smokehouse Brisket was too fatty for my taste.
2024: Good food served hot! Saint Patrick’s☘️ day celebration! Turkey Gobbler is tasty.

The food was great, but the sweet tea had a super thick consistency, it didn’t have a sour smell/taste so I believe it may been a sugar mixing issue, but definitely something to check into.
