Usually go here and have only had a few bad experiences but never called or anything. Tonight I got 2 double roast beef’s and my meats came in 3 different colors and textures. So when I call and ask if I can get a refund or a future order and the guy in store who remembered told me I would have to bring it back up there before he could even let the manager know tomorrow. I told him I wasn’t coming back up there tonight (it’s 11 pm and 15 minutes from my house), so then he just hangs up on me

Roast beef was raw. Not the first issue Ive had with this location, and ONLY this location. Every other arbys in louisville still serves the turkey gyro. The other arbys on Preston stated they are in the same district, with the same system and they sell the turkey gyro just fine. Today I ordered it at this location as its the closest to my house, and the manager stated “ill do it only this time, but not again.” He should focus more on actually cooking their food instead of denying to make something they sell, have on the menu, and have all the ingredients to make. This would be different if they didnt have a button for it but on the receipt today it rung up just fine, as it does every time at the other locations. I should not have to drive miles down the road, or argue with someone just to get food fully cooked, made correctly, and how it was ordered.

Went for lunch. Ordered the French dip with extra meat. Food came out hot and fresh. The French fries were fresh and crisp. The drink area looked clean. No ketchup holders out. I had to use a drink lid. I do wish they would clean the legs and feet of the tables. Nasty.

I had lunch here today. I got the number 5 meal as a double with no lettuce. My only complaint about the meal was that both patties were still pink in the middle. While I haven’t noticed any stomach trouble I feel it’d be important to fully cook the burgers first before serving them.
Now onto the restaurant itself. This Arby’s has a good vibe to it, the workers are always friendly any time I’ve gone. While I wouldn’t call it a family restaurant per say there is room for parents with 2-3 kids. They’ve also got some good country songs playing as well. My only complaint about the restaurant is that the condiment station near the drink fountain usually needs to be cleaned more often. Other then that, I would recommend this Arby’s to people looking for good burgers and/or roast beef with country music.

Garbage food here. Chicken tenders and fries so gross, I’d believe you if you told me it was picked from the trash. Everyone’s fries were cold, despite my use of a hot bag and being less than 5 from the Arbys. The tenders were so dark and disgusting looking. It seems as if they were left under a heat lamp for over an hour.
I used to work at an Arby’s and our food was miles above this location. This place will rob you of your money by delivering extremely underwhelming goods and services.

Absolutely disgusting. Found a long hair in the middle of my sandwich. Took one bite and pulled a hair that was at least 18 inches long out of it. They also got my order wrong giving me incorrect items with my meal.

Missing food and food was wrong 50.00 order called up to the restaurant they said they just closed but online says they was open. Manager was extremely mouthy. Refused to fix the situation or refund the money.After being hung up on with my 50.00 order I went up to Arby’s and the manager refused to come to the door keep sending females once he seen I had the beef.Manger then called the police after stealing my money.
Part2 the next day I went back for a refund they refused to do so because I didn’t have missing or wrong food. After 2 calls they agreed to replace the food I was skeptical with the situation and was right to be. 2 of the chicken sandwich that my kids ate was raw. Contacting a attorney feel it was done intentionally and 2 of my kids are sick.
