Went here tonight for a quick dinner after a late day of shopping. We got home and realized we were shorted a chicken tender from the 4 piece we ordered. On top of that both the tenders and my wife’s chicken sandwich were nearly black from being cooked in old grease. Highly disappointing since we were already running behind schedule for the day and relied on carry out dinner. Its too late to go back out now. Rated 2 stars out of 5.

This location is fairly consistent. We go there occasionally and the food is normally pretty good. This evening my family and I ate in the dining room and everything was really clean. Our food order came up super fast and it was all hot, fresh, and delicious.

I am so happy that they brought back the potato cakes. But the other Arby’s that we have ate at in Shelbyville, does not have the three pepper sauce anymore. They said that they had discontinued it. Will this Arby’s in Mount Washington still has it, and I am happy. The food is is good as it always has been.

I visited in the drive through on 8/7/25 around 8:45 and the two young gentlemen were absolutely great. They had just ran out of root beer and informed me that the location had just done away with the pepper sauce.
Super apologetic and professional about the it. They explained they were a test store for corporate and making some changes. Went above and beyond when it wasnt necessary. I hope I catch them the next time I come through!

I love Arby’s food. This time I thought I would try the boneless chicken nuggets. 9 piece? Well I ordered 9 anyway. Drove only 5 mind away and the fries were cold and stale tasting and the chicken did not meet Arby’s standards. Disappointed.

I ordered the French dip and the drive thru cashier decided to put in corned beef as my order. So guess I don’t get to have what I order.
It might not mean much but having a customer say their order and the cashier completely ignores and puts in something entirely different is probably one the rudest things you can do to a customer. Makes it feel like I don’t have a choice in my food and no point asking for a change or refund because the cashier completely screwed me over on putting something I DID NOT ORDER on the receipt.
