I should’ve listened to the reviews. I ordered a half pound beef n cheddar. It wasn’t even the double. On top of that, the meat was sliced extremely thick, and tough to chew. Didn’t eat it. The fries were cold, and no sauce packets I requested. Also got the ham and cheese and it was tough and very dry. Won’t be eating here again. Which is sad, cause I love Arbys. This is not it.

The wait was ok. The food was bad. The fries were cold and the arbys double was actually bad. The meat was flat and old. Picture is attached. The staff was personable. The bathrooms were not particularly dirty. I’m sure they get a lot of tourists and less repeat business, but the food left a lot of room for improvement for 2pm on a Friday

Ordered a half pound roast beef and cheese and the angus cheese steak. And had to wait. The food was cold. The roast beef and cheese had no cheese on it and only gave me 2 packs of horsey sauce for 2 big sandwiches. Won’t be back

These poor ladies. So Short staffed. Busy taking orders. Only one cook. Ran out of roast beef. Filled all drive thru orders and neglected dining room orders. Stupidness on door has rewards offer but you can’t use the app here. They tried hard but I recommend you go somewhere else.
