The service was amazing it’s just the meal that I ordered I ordered the three-piece fish strip it was more like three piece fish stick this is more of a kids meal rather than an adult’s meal and for what I paid for it it was not worth it it was horrible the only thing I was able to eat was my fries never again. Arby’s I am very disappointed with this one.

Wanted to try the hush fish. Ordered food watched as the cashier and manager take orders after me. Who’s left in the store did sitting in the warmer 20 mins later. Took another order sir still got his food before me. Manager say they got busy. But yet everyone that has ordered is gone with there’s. One dude even came back because the messed up his sandwich. Didn’t get an apology just excuses as to why I still haven’t received my food. That’s been sitting in the warmer since the other 2 guys that ordered after me got there food first. All my 40 years of life I never been to Arby’s until this day and the reason I went was because my son suggested it. When I say I never knew Arby’s sold burgers, chicken sandwiches, and wraps, milkshakes, mozzarella sticks etc. I was out done. Mane and it was so good omg! I thought Arby’s sold deli sandwiches but boy I was wrong. This is my new spot for sure. The the customer service was so awesome.

The service was great and the order filled accurately! I was surprised as we had a large order. One person tried their new Wagyu burger and said it was very good. The roast beef was good also. Always love their curly fries. I had not been in this Arby’s in years and I was very pleasantly surprised.

So whenever some other food place on the Germantown strip lets me down I go here for good food and great service. There is nothing like being treated like a good customer to make my day. These guys are always polite and normal. I always try the new stuff on the menu just to see if it’s good but always know we can get a regular Arby’s and it’s going to be good. A soft, fresh bun, assembled right and waiting for you to sauce it. Today I had the garlic steak sandwich. It is really good. Not quite a Philly cheese steak but thin sliced steak with grilled onions and swiss cheese with a garlic aioli. Try this sandwich,you won’t be disappointed.
