Ordered a brisket and pulled pork sandwich. Got home had 2 pulled pork. Ordered the same thing a week later, thought they’d correct the issue then. I told the kid at the window what happened, he said, “OK.” He went and got my order and handed it out the window. I said, “That’s it, OK?” He said, “Sorry.” I said, what about the amount I overpaid last week? I said, “let me speak to the manager.” He said, “I am the manager.” He turned and walked away. Another young girl stepped up and said, “We can’t refund unless the GM is here.” What???
You are running a business and you have no mechanism for making a refund when you cheat someone?
Also, look at the quality of the sandwich gotten today compared to their advertised photo. Does this look appetizing to you? The entire sandwich weighed 4 1/8 ounce. The large fries were half full. Look at the second sandwich, their advertisement vs the one they hand out the window. Arby’s, WE HAVE THE MEATS!! Well, when they hand you the sandwich, they keep THE MEATS.
Just beware if you order online that you may get ripped off and they WON’T make it right.

I bought the Steak nuggets tonight. They didn’t taste bad. But I felt that for the price I was ripped off. I got what I 4 pieces and what I would call 1/2 of a nuggets, it was so small. For over $5 , I could have spent my money elsewhere and got much more!

The food really good, all the employees were very professional and nice. I set in the drive through for 45 minutes, if l wasn’t trapped because of the small parking and trapped in the inside lane I would have left like the ones in the outside lane.

It would be okay, if we got what we ordered. Always something missing! They always forget the au jus. I looked for it, it was in there. But they left out a large curly fry that was paid for.

I ordered 2 fish sandwiches, cooked fresh, and 2 cherry turnovers. The fish was hot and fresh. Instead of 2 turnovers, I got, and was charged for, 3 turnovers. They were cold, undercooked, flat and nasty. The filling was refrigerator cold. Instead of flakey, they were doughy and flat. There is no excuse for food to be served this way.

Great place. Employees were very friendly. Not many of them were smiling but I can understand that after a long day. My sandwich was cold, however, no one perfect and they were steady with business. Great environment overall.

Lady at the front was extremely rude to my husband when he requested to purchase 1 extra bun for my roast beef sandwich because she “said she didn’t know how to ring it up.” We frequent this arbys and have never had an issue with this due to my dietary restrictions. I cannot digest large portions of meat at one time. Then he requested napkins and was told by her “in a few minutes “. This has been our go to location however will be going to Manchester Tn from here on out. Very rude and uncaring. I understand it’s Sunday after church but definitely no need for such a nasty attitude with ugly looks at persons. I would give her name but she had on NO name tag. (Wonder why??) Everyone else had theirs on. I asked her name before leaving and it was Jessica. Explained to the nice young lady what had happened.
