Out of town on trip and on the way went in Drive Thru… ordered (1 @ a time to avoid confusion) 3 classic Arby meal LG with 3 different drinks. The ONLY potential confusion should have been the drinks. Same meal was ordered by all to help ensure this. Upon getting down the road toward our destination ALL sandwiches were Chedder Melts… no classic Arby. One passenger doesn’t eat cheddar melts; so, no food for that guest. NONE received their order!!! The order was stated by customer by meal number and meal name EACH TIME. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Chris was at the register when we walked in. He took our order and got everything we requested. He was awesome.
The mozzarella sticks are the best here, both my husband and my kids love them. My girls like the chicken nuggets too.
We ordered carry out and got our food quickly. The restrooms were clean too. Overall everything was great – the food and service by Chris. Thanks!

This is sort of like a primo spot if you are introverted and just want something quick. Since the store is empty most of the time, it is always clean. The staff is also pretty friendly.My favorite part though is the fries!

Four stars. It’s super important that when you go through the drive thru …that you get what you ask for/pay for. BIG pet peeve of mine. They did get the food correct, but we did not get the sauces we asked for, thank goodness we had Horsey Sauce at home or I would have been livid. Its the only reason I go to Arby’s….for the potatoes cakes w/Horsey sauce

We stopped on our way to Florida. We normally prefer Arby’s to other fast food restaurants… not this time. The dining room closed at 3 pm so we had to go through drive through. That was no big deal. We got our order and left. We should have known to check it before pulling away. The order was correct and that is the only positive thing I have to say. The roast beef on my sandwich was old, crusty and barely warm. The bun was burnt. You could smell the scorched scent before unwrapping the sandwich. The krinkle fries were old and cold. My husband received old, cold chicken tenders and lukewarm curly fries. We will definitely not be back and I advise others to try the other restaurants at this exit or keep traveling to another Arby’s location.

Slogan should be ” we got the meats…just dont expect any on your sandwich”. Paid 10.50 for this pathetic turkey sandwich, after you screwed me on the thinnest chicken bacon Swiss I’ve ever seen last week. Wont be back!
