The food is awesome but I guess everything is really expensive NOWDAYS can’t afford it very often. But honestly I just love the beef and cheddar sandwiches and their sauces are awesome great service people were awesome. They were professional and so so nice just talking to them. My father in law oxygen machine was not charging even though we had it plugged in. The night manager came to my table and tried his best to get it going. Checking the outlet. Googling the picture icon to see if he could translate it for us. He did everything he could. So thankful for such a caring man. Plus the food was super delicious. We will definitely be going back to that restaurant.

So this is my very first time eating Arby’s here in McMinnville (recently moved here) and I got it delivered to me and my burger was raw! I am so glad I looked at it when I took my second bite! How nasty. I tried calling but no one would answer. It’s not the delivery drivers fault, it’s the cooks!!!!!! First time I’ve ever experienced raw meat from an Arby’s. Very frustrating and disappointing experience!

Stopped here out of desperation for some French fries and immediately regretted it. Ate one single curly fry and had to spit it out. Literally every fry was soaked in oil. Like they left them in the oil before it was hot or something. I was flabbergasted. I don’t think I’ve seen a place mess up fries this bad before. At first glance they looked crispy, but they were really just waterlogged with oil. Never again.

I have never been this dissatisfied with an Arby’s EVER. I bought a $7.00 sandwich and THIS is what I got. This is supposed to be the beef brisket sandwich. I will not go back to this location EVER. Oh, and I bought TWO!

They are always soo patient and kind at this location. The only thing I have to share is that not all employees are familiar with their app. Plus u can’t use coupons when ordering from the app which I don’t feel is totally fair. The app does have some good deals yes but Arby’s is sooo expensive you do have to use a coupon also. I placed 2 different orders becuz of this mishap. But overall we LOVE ARBYS!

The young man waiting on us acted like it was an issue for him to take our order then he charged us for a soda when we ordered water. We are done with Arby’s too bad I really enjoyed Arby’s when it was good.

Pretty good experience recently, employees were kind, helpful and super fast at everything needed that day I visited. Inside was very clean and neat! Bathrooms are clean and neat as well! Food was ok for me at least, the curly fries weren’t exactly hot but barely warm I’d say. But nothing a microwave couldn’t fix my kids were absolutely pleased with everything ordered, they love the regular roast beef and cheddar sandwiches! Also, the mozzarella sticks were amazing and fresh!
