Hmmm what’s the difference here
Generally I like this location other than the fact we have to pull up and wait forever every single time we go to the drive thru, but the food is always fresh which is good. That’s why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. But this is just simply false advertising.

It’s Lent season, and the fish sandwich is back. Arby’s offers three different sandwiches. The regular with sherreded lettuce and tartar sauce. The cheddar cheese sauce with sherreded lettuce and tartar sauce. The King’s Hawaiian Fish Deluxe with shredded lettuce, tomatoes cheese, and tarter sauce. You can get the regular and the cheddar sauce 2 for $6. Mix n Match.

a 6 piece nugget and medium fry the easiest thing to not mess up. Be so serious sat for 10 minutes with my screaming newborn in the car just to get home to this. Do better, last time my chicken sandwich wasn’t fully cooked it’s ALWAYS something when i come here

Got two burger meals and both raw! Pulled the burgers apart called the location and the manager said I have to say well done. Since when! funny part is my son got one 30 min before me n his was done all the way through.

I have added pictures of the “smoked brisket sandwich” i received and the one advertised. How these look anywhere near the same? The one advertised doesn’t come close the represent the one actually received. It’s about half, if that, of the advertised sandwich. I’m completely disappointed in this location.

My three year olds first time eating a roast beef slider and going to Arby’s and she was so excited to see the curly fries and eat them, but I was only able to get like two curly fries in tact which made my child scream and cry in anger because I couldn’t find any more curly fries. Her crying didn’t stop till she drank some of her Dad’s orange cream shake. Thank goodness we were the only dine in eaters last night because my child’s screams are very loud. Overall my Classic French Dip & Swiss was really good and our au jus dip was pipping hot. Everything was hot and fresh even the Jalapeño poopers. That bronco berry sauce was delicious even my child cried when I took it away from her because she was literally just eating the sweet sauce instead of her food.

I placed an online order through the app and went into the store at 1:02 because my order was supposed to be ready at 1:04. I was not acknowledged at all and at 1:09 an employee still did not acknowledge me and finally pulled the receipt for my order. At 1:17 my order was shown as marked ready on the app and was still not ready. The store lied that my order was ready and I still did not receive my order until 1:20. I wanted to cancel my order because I am beyond frustrated that I have not been acknowledged at this point and my order was clearly falsely marked ready. Since I had yet to be acknowledged I went through the drive through were I was not Apologized to and nothing was done for making me wait and being ignored. The store employee proceeded to lie to me and tell me that the order had been ready. If that was true then why was I not informed sooner and given my food since I was inside waiting in a lobby with only 1 other person. I am very highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the rude customer service at this location.

Went to Arby’s 45mins from home ordered 2 double roast beef and cheddars and there was no cheese I asked for Arby’s sauce nothing. Caused a fight when I got home because people who want $20 hr can’t figure out how to make sandwiches and putting sauce in a bag…. I would give them zero stars if I could.
