First issue, I had to go inside because they would only take cash at the drive through. ?? Then instead of sliced roast beef my sandwich was shredded mush. Had to use a fork. Last time coming here.

Update I made the mistake of trying again. There was no hand soap in the restroom. When I asked an employee about it, they said I could come behind the counter and get a pump from the soap back there. They do not keep soap in the restroom. If customers can’t wash their hands with soap, obviously employees aren’t either. How do they pass a health inspection?

The inside was so dirty ,drinks spills all over, sticky & plain out nasty..There was only one person besides me that ordered, no one in drive thru& the other person said she had been waiting over 15 mins just for a roast beef sandwich, she was no happy. I had planned on eating inside but it was disgusting that I decided to eat in my vehicle. Took me at least 20 mins to get a Steak bowl which was absolutely disgusting. The meat ( which was only few pieces ) was supposed to be 5 was absolutely nasty. Almost $10 wasted & the manager had her phone on speaker & was arguing very loudly about someone using her car making her late as well as someone else..Full drama loud phone call. I cared not to hear but had no choice, she was very rude & short. No none whatsoever customers service manners at all. I will NOT be back & for it to be so slow in getting my order & no one else waiting why was the restaurant so nasty? The more thought of it made me disgusted so I had no appetite after the first 2 bites, it was horrible tasting anyways I guarantee you if there’s any positive reviews its from worker, family or friends ONLY! DO BETTER!! Sad this is this way at this restaurant bc Arby’s used to be my Fav. But NOT here in Valley. Don’t waste your time or $!! RUN, RUN.FAST !!

Pay attention! I was in the drive thru line today with numerous cars, and no one was taking orders. I had to call and ask if anyone was working the drive thru. She said two people were. Well, there was a line and nothing was happening. She said something about a dead headset, but if a dead headset completely unravels your operation, y’all need help. You guys are lucky your customers stayed. The food of course took FOREVER after orders were finally taken too. I should have gotten out of the line. Such a waste of time and money. Never again.

When I went tonight they were extremely short staffed but the 2 young men they had working were running back and forth. They were very nice and extremely polite. The food was hot and fresh, it might have taken a little time but between fresh food and excellent service I will definitely return

Food was awful! Ordered a Classic Roast Beef and the meat was old. I took it back into them. They made me another sandwich but it wasn’t any better couldn’t eat it. $5.50 down the drain. I won’t be going back that’s for sure

Im officially DONE with this location. I just tried the cheese steak and there’s not enough meat on it to make a taco. Im sick of being Disappointed every time. Can’t you at least TRY to make it look like the pictures.
I’ve already stopped buying the cheeseburgers, even when I ask for sliced cheese, Like The Pictures, I get the Nasty cheese sauce.
And rarely do it get napkins, even when I ask for them.
I live a couple miles away, but I’ll keep going unless someone there gives a damn about your sorry service.
It’s amazing how good fast food is when I buy it outside the Valley…

Review from my wife and I:
I don’t know the brown haired female server that was attending the drive through window on 8-2-2024 at 5:55pm but she needs a serious training on being courteous.
I used the app and missed adding condiments. I asked for them at the window and she told me I should have done that on the app. She was very rude about it. I wish I knew her name and the owner so this gets addressed.
I’ve never been treated this way at any restaurant.
I used to own and operate a local restaurant and I’d never allow such.
My alias is just that.
If I could talk to the owner/manager I’d be more than happy to reveal my real name.

Food was great.
Service was fast.
Employee was severely rude for no reason.

Edit: the manager reached out to me. That means a lot. She did her best to make it right. She apologized for our encounter.
We’ve been there a few times since then.
No problem.
I’ve even met the manager. She is very nice and professional. We’ll continue to do business there.
Some people aren’t meant to be in the service industry.

Went for dinner. They were not busy. The only thing served warm was cheese sticks because they had to be cooked. Fries and sandwiches were room temperature. Dining room floor was sticky. Leaving a review because this location seems to be getting consistently worse with food, service, and atmosphere.
