An overlooked joint, I think it’s better than McDonald’s and many other chains that get more attention. Better food good service. The gyro and Italian beef dip were great. I see wild caught fish sandwich on the menu for $5.49 which is a much better option than so many competitors.

My wife and I have ate at this Arby’s several times. The service is great and the food is number one. Place is very easy to get to and we are very satisfied. Friendly atmosphere and the the associates that have taken my orders are superb. We like coming to eat here and will be back again.

Our entire order is horrible! Nothing is fresh at all!!! The nuggets are dry, the slider is old and over cooked!! These tenders are so old and hard!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! What a waste of money!!! This is the second time this location has done this!!! Never eating here again!!

I ordered through the drive through and was asked to repeat my order. When I got to the window, the young man was nice and respectful and pretty quick with the order, but, for as much as the price has SKYROCKETED, the quality of the sandwiches has dropped. I got a Classic Roast Beef and one of the medium sized ones two. The price after taxes was almost $22. I’ll go back, but it will be long enough into the future that I won’t remember how bad it is.

I always loved coming here because we always get good service and fresh food. Everyone knows, there is not much in Semmes, let alone a fast food place with decent food and service. Tonight was horrible. The lady taking our order was as rude as can be. ZERO customer service. Please change this before Arby’s ends up like the rest of the fast food places around here!

Great food. The staff was rude the last several times I was there. I ordered in the app and the food is never in the pick up spot. I walk in and say, “Hi, I have a mobile pick up.” She didn’t say hi or anything, only said, “Name.” I can’t remember if I need to say my first or last name. I picked the wrong one, and the lady said rudely the other name. Happened twice. Made me so scared to go back because I was scared of the lady raising her voice again. It sucks because I pass by that place on my way to work every night and everynight I choose somewhere else to go.

When i pulled up to the window to get my food they practically threw it at me. They got my order completely wrong and when i went back they argued with me. They didnt give me a receipt so i could show them it was wrong. When i got to work there was hair in my slider. And my food came in a plastic grocery bag.
