Ordered online the kings Hawaiian fish sandwich meal, did the modify order and put no lettuce or cheese since I’m allergic to lettuce and lactose intolerant..hence no lettuce or cheese. Got to my car to double check order and fish had lettuce and cheese! Took it back in and the lady screamed ” it doesn’t show on our screen you ordered that! Just says kings Hawaiian fish”, I was polite an told her about my conditions and can show on my phone what I ordered…nope she don’t wanna see .it shows regular on their screen! Now why would I order it regular when I’m allergic to lettuce and lactose intolerant? Anyway, food was not all that and got attitude from both ” cook” and the lady. No thanks, explains why I haven’t eaten there in years

Decided to try the new Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich today. The sandwich was large and filled with shaved beef, peppers and onions, and melty cheese. I had a side of potato cakes and an Orange Cream milkshake with it. It was a great combination. The cheesesteak had a lot of garlic flavor, and it was good, but I honestly like the regular roast beef sandwiches better. My hubby liked the cheesesteak, and will probably order it again.

Arby’s came through with warm food and great service. One of the best Arby’s I’ve visited. The roast beef is my go to but the steak bites are tender. The cheese sticks were great.

The employees today were the nicest people I think I’ve ever met. Tee was a joy to speak to and order from and you can tell the manager has earned her employees respect by showing them respect and kindness. The energy the employees had when she was walking around making sure every one was good to go showed me that. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a pleasant experience at any fast food restaurant.

Lisa cussed at me through the window after I grabbed my food too hard for her and then slammed it and locked it like I was going to come through it at her. This is not my first experience with her being extremely rude and cussing at me as a customer.

I am not a regular at Arby’s and wasn’t the most familiar with the menu. Lisa was on the speaker and treated me horribly anytime I had a question or needed clarification. She had an attitude and was annoyed by my order. She is extremely confrontational and RUDE. I will never come back to this location because of LISA and LISA alone! Corporate do something!
