Can I give them a 0? Weve stopped by 10 different times. They wont serve you. If you go when they arent busy like at 1-2pm or 7:30-8pm they will claim every time they dont have roast beef, shakes, or turnovers. Every time its “we are out of roast beef” or “shake machine down” or ” no turnovers” .The staff on all occasions have acted like they dont want to serve customers. One guy laughed after saying they were out of roast beef.
Go to a different Arby’s! Theres another one off 72 close that never has these issues. Its just this location!!

I walked in and there were no employees. I rang the bell and finally someone came to the counter. I tried to order and he said they were out of that. I ordered something else and they were out of that too. I ordered something else and they were out of that too. I ordered something else and they were out of that item as well. Either this person is very, very lazy or is racist as I refuse to believe they are out of beef and chicken at Arby’s. I won’t be back.

We got or order and the fries were cold and stale and our child’s 4 piece nugget’ had a jalapeño popper. Suppose she ate it she is 5 . So really it was a 3 piece . I’m really disappointed. This location has gone down in service . Even the Sprite we got tasted like tap water .

Average experience this time…
I went during lunch and it was busy. I was able to walk up to the counter and order right away. The employee was friendly and efficient. My food was ready before I finished making my drink. I sat at a table, which was clean. When I opened my sandwich, it was incorrect. I received a regular roast beef, when I had ordered a beef-n-cheddar. I walked right up and it was exchanged without any problem. The bread was a little cold, but the cheese and roast beef were hot enough to compensate. Overall, not a terrible experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.

Went here Monday for lunch and the doors were locked. Went back Wednesday and after standing in line for a few minutes the girl yelled from the back that it was going to be a wait. Not a good way to run a business. I won’t be back to this location.

I frequent this location and never had a problem but I was in there Wednesday August 13th at lunch time and witnessed employees arguing. That’s normal in fast food right, but this argument was a sight to witness. Everything from racial slurs to name calling and even a big butcher knife being drawn! Scarred me as a customer. That is too crazy for me. Threatening someone’s life over an argument is beyond forgivable. I really hope the right actions were followed and people like that don’t continue to work there! I carry a knife on me everyday. And I’m not afraid to use it. Just saying 😉
