I get its the holidays and this may be a slower location, but shutting down the lobby at 8pm is kinda crazy, drink machines tasted like bad chemicals ( now have a lingering nasty flavor in my mouth) my favorite sandwich was Luke warm at best. The whole place said it was clean was extremely sticky, I barely ate what was decent and left promptly, wont be returning to this location.

Ok, I’m impressed. Hartselle Alabama. Go inside a very nice clean atmosphere. Food served on nice trays. Dispenser for every sauce. Great job, Arby’s! Oh yes, the fish and cheddar was amazing!

I tried the new Italian sub sandwich.. it’s about a 7 to 8 in sandwich.. I ordered it with no dressing except Italian.. the sandwich was just okay.. it filled me up but I probably won’t order another one. It is definitely worth trying at least once.

I’ll start with “I love Arby’s roast beef sandwiches”. My wife & I decided to try the new steak nuggets. My expectations were high given my past positive experiences with the roast beef. But I have to say this was the worst steak I have ever put in my mouth. My first bite was nothing but a camouflaged nugget of fat. It looked like the other nuggets but it was fat, 100% fat. The second nugget was lean meat but extremely dry. The third nugget was a mixture of lean meat & gristle. All the nuggets (a total of nine) were dry & dark leading me to think they may have been more than 24 hours old out of a microwave. My mouth & gums was sore after this meal from the chewing it took. We got two steak nugget cups, two potato cakes & two sodas. The total was $30.06 for two meals. Ouch! Let me save you time & money: DO NOT buy the steak nuggets. The potato cakes were good. The sodas were ok. The steak was bad, the worst!

I’ve never received food this bad. The crinkle fries were old, overcooked and completely dried out (see below), mozzarella sticks were not cooked, and I didn’t receive any marinara sauce. I also didn’t get any Arby’s sauce for my very soggy sandwich. Who eats a Arby’s sandwich without any sauce? No one. We ordered this on doordash, and it was delivered fairly fast, so these issues were not a result of the food sitting too long after the order was bagged. I tried calling and no one would answer the phone. The employees here just do not care. We bought complete trash from a store w/ zero pride and integrity. Oh yeah, no ice in drinks and too scared to even eat our food. Horrible. I hope I don’t get sick from the few bites I had.

Recently started going back to Arby’s because they are sponsoring one of my favorite race car drivers (NHRA Clay Millican) and they brought back potato cakes. This establishment is clean, surface was fast, food was hot and delicious.

I have always loved a roast beef from Arby’s , however for months now the beef is over cooked dry, and not sliced thin,! It is so much better thin. I have thrown out my food. This is the third time. Also I couldn’t understand the girl in the drive thru. I bought the 4 for $10, fries and a drink.
