Ran by the new Arby’s at Stadium Trace Crossings tonight during lunch break. The new building was clean and fresh. Drive through was on the appropriate side of the building making it convenient when you pull into their property.
I was waiting on promptly at the drive through with friendly service. Had to pull forward and wait ~2 min for my mozzarella sticks that they made fresh for me.
The double roast beef and cheddar was fresh and tasty. Bun was not flattened and steamed but plump and crisp.
Mozzarella sticks were hot, crisp on the outside and melty on the inside.
Fries were fresh and warm as always.
Apple turnover was flaky and tasty.
Hope this new location does well, Arby’s is an excellent choice for fast food when a burger won’t do!!

This location, in my opinion, is the BEST Arby’s in town. The food is served hot, whether you dine in or if you use the drive- thru. I use the drive-thru mostly, so I can tell you that the person taking your order will greet you with a pleasant voice and great attitude! I ordered the Smoke house Brisket meal! Let me say that they are NOT stingy with the meat either! This location gives a whole new meaning to “WE HAVE THE MEAT!! They deserve two !!

Excellent service at this Arby’s! This location consistently delivers great service, and today was no exception. I was especially impressed by Robert at the drive-thru — he was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond by giving my puppy a couple of treats. Absolutely Awful Experience – Twice
I tried going to this Arby’s last month for a roast beef slider and tea, and it was horrible. The slider had clearly been microwaved to death—it was so hot I had to wait almost 10 minutes before I could even take a bite. When I finally did, it went straight into the trash. I used to love Arby’s, so I gave them another chance tonight. Big mistake.
Same order: slider and tea. Same result: slider was disgusting, microwaved beyond recognition, and the food obviously sat around all day. The tea? I spit it out. No exaggeration—it tasted like it had been brewed a month ago.
This is ridiculous. Why can’t anyone get a decent meal from a fast food place anymore? It’s bad everywhere, but this Arby’s was beyond the worst. I should have been suspicious when I saw nobody inside—I thought it was closed.
I blame the drone-like employees who clearly don’t care, but also the franchise owner. You are ruining a once-reliable brand. Get off your butt and fix this store—or better yet, it’ll fix itself when it goes out of business like the rest of fast food.

The staff was clean looking, friendly and helpful. The dining room was clean and neat looking. The restrooms were the cleanest ive ever seen in a fast food joint.

Worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. We waited 20 minutes for 2 sliders and an order or fries. When the order finally came out, this clown in the picture below walks out of the back door wearing sunglasses (740pm) while a girl follows him out of the kitchen yelling “you wrong for that. You wrong”. Initially he takes our order to the car in front of us and they tell him that’s not their order. So he brings it to us after we tell him we had two sliders. We look in the bag and the fries aren’t in there and when we mention that the girl said “pull back around – I got chu”. We chose not to go through that long wait again and just left at that point. We will not be going back to that arbys. Ever.
