Reviews
There are a lot of other restaurants around where it’s located that is more efficient and better food.
Pieces of over done fries were thrown in there, as well ! Looked liked broken off pieces of old, curly fries. Pitiful serving this food to a paying customer.
On 08/16/2025, I went to the drive-thru and the service was completely halted for a significant amount of time, and no one responded. After some time, I said “hello”, and an employee finally responded, asking me to wait. After a long delay, the employee came back and asked about my order. My colleague began ordering his own meal, but the female employee refused and insisted that I must place the order myself and not my colleague.
I tried to explain to her that he has his own order, and I have my own, but it was no use. I then asked to speak with the manager. She responded rudely, saying “I am the manager.”
I parked the car, got out, and entered the store to speak directly with the manager and raise my concerns about the employee’s behavior. To my surprise, the same employee rushed over, raising her voice, saying “I’m the manager.”
I politely asked to know her name — she refused. I kept asking respectfully, and she kept refusing. She had no visible name tag. When I asked again for her name, she said rudely: “I don’t have a name.”
Eventually, I left the store and was able to note down the name of her colleague working next to her:
