Well let’s see…… When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, the girl asked my name and I told her. Then she proceeded to grab the bag and started looking at me weird because I looked inside the bag to ensure all of my items were there. Then I tasted the food when I got outside and I was highly disappointed. The fries were COLD. My time to pickup was 12:17 and I got there and actually received it at that time. There is NO way it should’ve been cold. I gave them the benefit of a doubt though. I said well at least my steak nuggets better be good. WRONG. I think they went to the gas station next door and bought some beef jerky nuggets and warmed them for 15 seconds. They were TERRIBLE. (Please watch video to get the full effect of my tastebuds)

The Angus cheese steak meal tasted like the aftertaste of vomit. Not exaggerating. Then when I went in to tell them the sandwich was nasty they said they didn’t do refunds to people because they don’t like the sandwich. I said I don’t want a refund just a ham and cheese so I can eat. The ham and cheese was soggy and they were laughing as they made my sandwich and not sure if it was me or something else but still. My daughter’s hamburger was flavorless and tough around the edges. The French fries were shorter than an inch long little pieces of fries. Very snobby and rude. I felt it was directed at me the way they acted. $40.00 wasted I will never be back to this particular Arby’s.

As far as fast food goes. This will be my last time. The fact that the food is now as expensive as it is is a huge turnoff. Done with fast food. Done with bad service and bad quality. A sandwich meal here is 13 bucks with tax.

I will say I’ve had TERRIBLE experiences at his location, I had multiple visits where the food made my literally sick and throwing up,cold food, slow and careless service, and for some reason 80% of the crew is rude to me and makes me feel unwelcome, but tonight my service was quick, FRIENDLY****, and overall not a bad one. New friendly face and simple service. I’m impressed with whatever y’all working on, thank you!!
Went there again, 4 months after my other post, and I ordered the ultimate burger and oh my gosh, COMPLIMENTS TO THE KITCHEN PERSON, bc that burger was the best burger I’ve ever had. Y’all keep getting better and better!!!! Thank y’all!!!

Came through the DT and got a Beef and Cheddar Classic Combo with a Large Mellow Yellow no ice and a Chicken Bacon Swiss Combo with a Large Dr Pepper both with Cheddar Poppers. We get to the window and the girl gives us a Medium Mellow Yellow with ice, we tell her it was supposed to be a Large with No Ice, she rolled her eyes and said “k” and made a Large with Ice and handed us our food and card with no receipt. I don’t ever complain about the ice usually but the service was just so poor it just didn’t sit well. Don’t want to be a Karen, just want to point out the poor quality service so someone else doesn’t receive it.

Pulled up to Arby’s and it looked dark almost like if it was closed . Not sure if the lights were dimmed or intentionally turned off to make it look closed !? However we were able to order and then we were asked to pull up and wait for our order , we waited for a long time despite it being empty , we had children with us and noticed a lot of police cars patrolling around which made us feel like something sketchy was going on , despite all these negatives I do have to admit the food was good , had no issues with the food

This Arby’s delivers the one thing that everyone wants the most out of fast food yet rarely gets: Order Accuracy. The staff being friendly and willing to return greetings is just icing on the cake.
