I don’t give fast food places a 5 very often- but this stop was a definite 5. Service was super friendly and great attitude- and fast. Arby’s isn’t known for being fast but these girls were cooking.
And fresh – it was 7:30 at night and my bread was fresh- fresh. And a good amount of stuffing.
The love’s fuel station was large and great for RVs.

Ordered the cheesesteak sandwich – and honestly, this might be the best thing they’ve got on the menu right now. I remember they used to have gyro too (which i love more), but haven’t seen those in a while.
This sandwich though – legit good. Fries came unsalted, but props to the girl at the counter – she offered sauces without me even asking. That’s a first. Usually I just forget about the sauces and nobody reminds me either. Little thing, but appreciated.
All in all, for a fast food spot inside a Love’s, this Arby’s is probably one of the better ones I’ve been to. I’d swing by again for sure if I’m in the are

We have been stopping at this Arby’s for years when we traveling in our motorhome, it is always clean, employees are pleasant and friendly and the food is GREAT!! The food is always hot and fresh and ready in record time. Not sure how they do it, we have never seen another fast food restaurant that works this efficiently and consistently.

I wish I knew the name of the young lady that took care of us today. It was approximately 4 PM and the girl was outstanding. She was very prompt and courteous. I asked her to hold my cup until I went to the restroom and came back. She made sure that she remembered to give him my cup and had her food ready and waiting. Kudos to her because that is a hard help to find in a busy establishment today, thanks Arby’s. PS the place was immaculate especially for such a busy road stop area.

Always has to be one person who ruins it for all! To the lady who was working front counter Thursday night around 12:30 am. Not sure if you were having a bad night, but there is absolutely no need for dirty looks and attitude while a customer is ordering. There is no need for all the drama over a substitution, if you can’t substitute.. simply say I am not allowed to substitute anymore. I’m on break and dont need a whole 5 minute lecture full of attitude about how your sandwich is already $7 plus alone and the box has the sandwich plus more in it, so you’re already losing money on the deal! I didn’t ask you that, and your customers also didn’t ask for Arbys to offer the deal! You aren’t professional at all, I walked out and took my money right down the road where it is respected and appreciated. You lose customers when you don’t talk respectfully to them. If you were just having a bad night, you should have just stayed home or took a break, Arbys customers are not your personal punching bag for verbal abuse. You may be in the wrong field of work! Have a blessed day and hope things get better for you!

I love Arby’s, love their food and options, price is pretty on par with most place these days. This location got busy fast but got the food out fast too. They got my sandwich wrong, no big deal, just go in ask them to fix it. My husband and I worked and managed restaurants, mistakes happen, but today was a reminder for why line cooks usually stick to being in the back. If a customer comes to you with a food quality issue, its easy to fix, you do a refire and get the item out to the guest. You do not demand what is wrong with the sandwich in front of the guest, you’re liable to bring out the former restaurant manager in the person such as my husband. So minus one star for the line cook’s guest management skills and 4 stars for making me laugh so hard that my husband didn’t miss a beat like he’s managing a cooking line.

Fantastic job to the cashier and whoever made my Reuben! That was THE best reuben I’ve had at the many Arby’s I’ve been to. Most times they smack 2-3 slices of meat, slice of cheese, little bit of sauerkraut, and a bunch of 1000 Island dressing. Then the bread is always soggy. This store though…oh man! The bread was toasted, TOASTED! Perfect amount of meat, sauerkraut, 1000 Island Dressing, and cheese. I wish I had taken a picture of the beautiful creation! I’d also like to mention that my potato cakes were also hot & fresh. Thank you Arby’s of Auburndale in Love’s truckstop. Two thumbs up, 5 Stars across the board!

I rarely give 5 stars to fast food. But the lady beautiful lady that was enromously polite and helpful also I have never seen better dressed employees and a cleaner behind the counter in any fast food location. I didnt know what I wanted and being a gyro snob I thought theres no way arbys could make a gyro anywhere near as good as a real greek restaurant. I was beyond surprised how fresh and tasty is was. I got the greek gyro combo. If you like gyros and your here please get one…

I had the Gyro which i didn’t like. The fries weren’t bad though and the mint shake was pretty good. The service wasn’t great. having never been to Arby’s before we asked for some advice, the young person serving us looked at me like i was nuts. I probably would go back but try something else.
