It’s my favorite fast food so what else can I say!! This particular store has some great employees that have been very kind to me. They offer me great coupons and once they took my coupon even though my phone was acting up. My favorite is the double and triple beef and the Reuben is high quality meat and they make it to order any way I want which is great because I cannot stand the rye bread and they accommodate my preference for the bread I want without any issue. I highly recommend this site in Zephyrhills.

I visited the Arby’s located at 7446 Gall Blvd in Zephyrhills, Florida, for a straightforward, familiar meal: regular roast beef sandwiches paired with curly fries. Overall, the experience was average and landed in three-star territory—not bad, but not as good as it could have been.

The location was easy to get in and out of, with clear signage and adequate parking. Inside, the restaurant appeared clean and organized. The dining area was orderly, and the counter area was well maintained. Ordering was quick and efficient, and the staff interaction was polite and professional. There was no long wait time, which is exactly what you expect from a fast-food stop, especially during a routine visit.

The roast beef sandwiches were consistent with Arby’s standard offering. The meat was warm, thinly sliced, and had the familiar flavor that Arby’s is known for. The buns were soft and fresh, and the sandwiches were assembled neatly. While nothing about them stood out as exceptional, they delivered the dependable taste you expect when ordering a classic Arby’s roast beef. They were filling and met expectations without exceeding them.

Unfortunately, the curly fries were the biggest disappointment of the meal. They tasted like they had been overcooked and left in the fryer too long. Instead of having a balanced crisp exterior with a soft interior, they were overly crunchy and hard, almost as if they were burnt. The texture made them less enjoyable, and the flavor reflected that overcooked taste rather than the seasoned, savory profile Arby’s curly fries are usually known for. While some people prefer extra-crispy fries, these felt dry and unpleasant rather than crispy.

Portion sizes were standard for a fast-food restaurant, and pricing felt reasonable for what was ordered. Nothing felt overpriced, but the quality of the fries made the overall value feel slightly reduced.

In summary, this Arby’s location provided a decent, middle-of-the-road experience. The roast beef sandwiches were reliable and satisfying, but the overcooked curly fries brought the meal down. With better attention to fry preparation, this visit could have been more enjoyable. Three stars feels fair—acceptable food, quick service, and a clean location, but definite room for improvement.

I don’t know how anyone can go eat here. For one they got bugs (ewww) for two the way the higher up talks to the employees and managers is crazy. I came in one afternoon and this lady took my order and at first she seemed polite said her name was Courtney the manager. Then next moment she is talking to the male employee telling him her son will come up here to beat his ass and that her son beat his brother up and how soft the employee was. She even called her son and told him to come up. I think she seen me listening cause I heard her say never mind I got nosey people listening. I thought telling an employee she’d have her son beat him up was too much. Then on top of that the way she was speaking to her management team. I could not have been the employee or manager on shift. She was nice to us but rude to them. Talking to them like they are dogs and not humans. She pretty much told them this is her store she can say and do whatever she wants. She was not polite to the employees or manager. I don’t understand how anyone can just talk down on an employee or manager like that. I didn’t even hear the kid say anything back until she said her son was on the way. I found this disgusting and disturbing. I really think more should be done about this lady talking to her people like that. I’ve herd from friends this isn’t the first time either. But I had to say something about it. I hope this gets to who it needs to so going forward so her employees and managers can do their jobs without her being negative on them. Our food was nice and warm. Just didn’t like to hear how she talked to them. I hope this reaches her boss. Action against her needs to be taken. Cause if we come back in and she is there we will walk out. This was at Zephyrhills arbys on gal blvd.

So I enjoy a good Arby’s meal once in awhile. I usually get a #1 on a sesame seed bun and almost every time I come to this location, my order is wrong. BUT NOT TONIGHT!!!! The crew tonight got it right and our food was piping hot!! Well done!!! Thank you so much for your great service.

It seems like the French dip was reheated, not good. I guess I will try again during Lent.

The crispy fish was very good, the fries could have been served hotter.

No greeting when we walked in. There were no napkins out, no lids for small drinks and very few cups for condiments. The ketchup was messy. We had to ask for the lids and napkins and the server acted like it was inconvenient to do so. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it was so thin and bun was hard. Husband tried the steak nuggets and wasn’t impressed. And it’s way too expensive for that kind of service and food.

How do you run out of roast beef during supper hour? I would have had to wait 15 minutes for more at a roast beef restaurant!! That is pretty sad! Maybe planning ahead would be a smart idea!

Ordered French dip sandwiches through DoorDash. They arrived without the au jus! Called the restaurant. They’re out of it!! Damn poor management to run out of an essential. If Arby’s would have communicated with us, we would have ordered something else.
We are very disappointed with the restaurant, not DoorDash.
