This is the result of ordering a Gyro sandwich and waiting 30 mins for it. I ordered a gyro pita meal, fries and Coke Zero. Ended up getting some sort of roast beef meal that was white bread, roast beef and provolone cheese. How you mix up a gyro with a roast beef sub is beyond me. Worst part was when I took a drink of my Coke Zero, it was completely flat – and I don’t mean flat where it has a two day old taste, no, it had zero flavor which signals to me it’s months old. I know this is fast food but please get your act together, this is unacceptable.

Hey just moved out here from DeLand and everytime I order food from here it’s always meh at best but, tonight was the cherry on top we serve raw food at this place lol this is sad do they not have thermometers?

I had an uber order from here to try all the new seasonal limited time items on the menu. I got the steak bites and Mac and cheese which was pretty decent for fast food. I got the apple pie shake which was amazing! And I got the turkey gobbler sandwich no mayo. They followed instructions and the sandwich was great. Everything was fresh and perfectly packaged from this location. Staff who worked time and date did a good job.

Just ordered fish sandwich meals. Fish was tough and roll was not any better. The girl at the window, when asked about fish sandwich said too late to change to ones with cheese. How hard could that be. We just ordered them. Very disappointed.

Ordered from Uber Eats . They barely put any meat on my turkey sandwich. I’m kinda gonna get specific here. Wrong type of lettuce. The sandwich I order is suppose to have nice leafy lettuce and it had shredded lettuce. Not really as satisfying. My fries were also cold. I got my order super quick so I know they left the restaurant cold. Felt like I got the end of night scraps.

Had a coupon so called first. Got there No roast beef…. anyway charged me wrong, fixed it and we got home. Five kid’s meal’s only two toy’s, explain that to the kids. And order was wrong. I think they need some training. All young kid’s working there.
Update….3/18/22. Went back today, Debra was the first smiling face to greet us. Debra greeted everyone coming and going. She was great. And she was the only one who greeted we just FYI.

I visited Arby’s after being away for a while because I love a gyro (even a fast food one) my excitement was met with horror when I found a roach in my sandwich!!!! Almost threw up when I found it.
On top of the obvious issue, the service was also very lacking luster. The staff serving me seemed like they didn’t want to be there and it showed.

My hushand had the loaded Italian Sub it was nothing like the Picture/advertisement false – it looked like the food preparer just slapped on the ingredients and packed it up, he was so disappointed, the curly fries were staled. Me on the other hand had ham,cheese melt it was horrible so much ham very little cheese well you couldn’t see the cheese melt very sloppy, the curly fries staled. No wonder this restaurant was empty!!. Burger King food is more eatable. We won’t be going to Arby’s again.
This store is located in Orange City, we were surprised the 1st time being there and with with all the advertisement on how good the food looks..false advertisement!! For the price we spent it should have been top notch.

Can’t do their job appropriately added an extra order of horses sauce didn’t receive it asked for a refund on DoorDash then ordered a small fry and re-ordered the 10 pound of horsey sauce and still did not receive it. Called them asking if they were out and was told that we could come up there and get it ourselves. Went back to talk to the manager about why both orders didn’t receive it and was talked to like a child. (Well, you guys have it now.) Service has been trash almost every time we order it always have to ask for a refund.

We stop at Arby’s regularly and love the beef n cheddar and Gyros. Today’s visit started of great. We ordered 2 beef n cheddar sandwiches @ 2/$6 and made them small combos. The total was $14.89. It is hard to believe two small fries and two small drinks were eight dollars. The they asked us to donate to their charity for children. I have my own charitable foundations I and my business donate too. I said no then they asked did I want to round up my total for the American kids.
I get calls all day long from organizations wanting donations. I applauded Arby’s for donating to their charity but every time I go out they ask me to donate to their charity. I don’t want to seem like I don’t care because we do and we donate to Shriners Children’s Hospital every year.
The curly fries were greasy and cold, the ice tea tasted like it was made for lunch and the cheddar was all over the wrapper and not on my sandwich.
I was not impressed and many people were also talking about Arby’s asking for donations and kept going even after they said no. I would never ask my clients to donate to my charities and hitting you up at dinner is not the time or the place.
