Manager was having a hard time with customer before us so our wait was over 6 minutes to get waited on, however she was nice and apologized over and over on the delay. Our food was fresh and hot and very good. Love their coupons! Made our Sunday lunch very affordable. We were able to have a nice filling lunch for just under 20.00. Will be back.

My friend and I just came through your drive thru. He ordered a $7.99 box and I dont eat fast food but was starving so I gave in and ordered a side of mac and cheese. I could never willingly hand someone something like this, thanks for reminding me why I stopped eating at places like this, even when I thought it was semi harmless. 2 days since prep, 1 day expired. Do better, if not for me, for the next person who could be giving this to their child. God know where its been stored and reheated for the past 2+ days.

The wife just brung back dinner from arby’s .She thought I would like the new steak bowl. With the macaroni and cheese and Fried onion. What a joke and a rip-off. The macaroni and cheese did not even cover the bottom of the bowl. There was 5 pieces of onion petals. The steak was the best part of course It did have 5 pieces and was pretty flavor full. The flies of the pieces weren’t too bad. But for 9 dollars, it was priced about $4 too much. She had the steak sandwich and for $10. It was really overpriced. She did say it wasn’t too bad though. Out of 10 I would maybe say a high 4or 5. Will not buy them again.

Food is basically always expired and tastes disgusting, I watched them rewrap an old sandwich and give it to me claiming it was fresh. The top half was cold and the bottom half was lukewarm. Disgusting, serving people leftovers.

I saw an ad on how the McDonalds fish sandwich shrunk so much and decided to give Arby’s a try with theirs, also ordered a separate burger. The fish sandwich was big and great, and burger was one of tge best I’ve had in a fast food chain. They a box special for 3 different sandwiches, fries and some cheese sticks for $7. Try the fish, curly fries always a win, the cheese sticks are okay but nothing to get excited about. Will test some more of their sandwiches soon.

Came by this location on the 26th of Oct. I asked for a sprite and it definitely wasn’t sprite. I didn’t drink enough to figure out what was either put in the drink or replaced with something else. But it did not taste like sprite at all! I received leftover crumbs of fries that were definitely sitting for a while (both curly and crinkle). This is the first Arby’s I’ve had with terrible food.

(9/20/22 9:15pm) One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had! I ordered a buffalo slider, roast beef slider, small fry, and a water cup. I asked specifically if I could have my buffalo chicken slider made fresh because I’ve had it not very great before. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive-thru with one car in front of me taking about 18 minutes of that time. When I finally got to the window I was told my order was $10 which wasn’t right because the teenage kid rang me up for a buffalo chicken sandwich, which I didn’t order. I waited another 5 minutes. The cashier teenage kid noticed the poor quality of the buffalo chicken slider when he was bagging my food. I saw him touch the chicken with his bare hands most likely to figure out why it didn’t look right, then put the food in the bag and serve it to me without saying anything. He also put buffalo cups in the bag because he could see it wasn’t right. I then received the oldest, ice cold, and awfully made food. The chicken slider was old, hard, cold, and barely had any buffalo sauce or parmesan peppercorn ranch on it. Hard, old bread. The roast beef slider was also old and cold. The roast beef was cold, dry, and hard. The fries were ice cold. I asked to speak with the manager. She was very very rude. Basically told me I was a liar and said she knows for a fact that the chicken was fresh, which it was so obviously not. She rudely said I can make you another one but it will be another 5 minutes. I said I’ll just take a refund. She refunded me for one slider… I asked her what the number to call corporate was, she said she didn’t know because she was new. Very unpleasant. You need fresh oil. Other than that, I was satisfied as usual. Over the top customer service helps make ip for little things.

lady working had her kids running around screaming while we were ordering in the drive thru at 10:44pm on 6/19/25…couldn’t concentrate on taking our order and store was out of everything because they were about to close.
