Started a multi state road trip and made the bold (some might say reckless) decision to fuel up at this Arby’s. A few hundred miles later, deep in the middle of absolute nowhere swamp country, I was in full gastrointestinal crisis mode.
At that point there was nothing around for like 80 miles other than a casino/fried chicken and pizza place. There was no holding it, so without options I stopped there and made a beeline for the loo. What followed was an Arby’s exorcism so intense it cleared the restroom, even my service dog was concerned.
Luckily for me, there was a small convenience counter inside the gift shop at the casino. Where I paid $15.94 for the smallest bottle of pepto I’ve ever seen!!! (They know if you’re buying Pepto at a casino in the middle of nowhere, it’s not a choice)
But honestly? Worth it. Because that Arby’s meal was delicious. I regret nothing!

Whenever I go to Volusia I always stop here on my way home. The food is always awesome, it never misses. I’ve been coming here for about the 10 years I’ve lived in Florida & every employee I’ve ever dealt with has been nothing but kind & professional. WOW!! We stopped in for dinner on our way home from Jacksonville. Upon walking to the front all you can see is muddy, nasty footprints on the ground. So then I started looking around and all the footboards and floors look incredibly disgusting as if they haven’t been washed for years. If the dining room looks that gross, I can only imagine the kitchen looks much worse. We walked right out. I highly recommend a good deep cleaning for this place immediately!!

Staff friendly and welcoming. Mac bites were burnt, hard and not good at all. They are usually my fav but not thiis batch. I tried the deep fried turkey sandwich for the first time, it was okay. I expected it to be a hot sandwich not cold cuts. It was still okay, probably would be great if served hot. Crispy onions were not as advertised, most likely won’t order that again.

1 person working. Didn’t say oh ill be with you a moment or nothing. He saw me standing there and proceed to do whatever it was he was doing. I ended up leaving cause I was standing there about 5 min.

Nothing looks anything like what they’re advertisements show. It is just no quality. Every time we’re there it’s like an effort for the employees to take care of you. They all act like they’d rather be somewhere else and that your business is not in the least bit important to them. Food quality just isn’t there. We had an Arby’s up in New York that was incredible. This place is nothing like that Arby’s. I need to pick up on food quality and they need training

It is Saturday, 9/18/21 3:46. This crew rocks! It’s the first time in over 10 years I get a good Arby’s meal. All was fresh, hot and my fries were crispy! Good job crew, everything was super clean .
